Patients first!
My family has been going to Dr Molina for 22 years. We have followed him to all of his stops along the way to his own practice. He is a doctor that goes above and beyond for my family. My husband, my boys and myself can call/text anytime and get a response. His “concierge” service he provides is worth every penny. It’s nice to know we can almost always get in asap to see him even without an appointment . His staff, Jennifer & Stephanie are super helpful and always eager to help. I really can not say enough great things about this practice and Dr Molina. Obviously they must be doing something right for us to stay with Dr Molina for 22 years and drive 40 minutes to his office. Thank you Texas Family Physicians

12 years later, not a lot of great things to say
I saw Dr. Molina, as well as a mid level provider who is no longer employed by him, for 8 years (from about 13 to 21). I have just now, at 25, been diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I would like to have a word with Dr. Molina about this, mostly in the hopes that he will do more research into EDS so that hopefully next time he catches it. If they provided an email, I would have utilized it - but alas, here we are. My current provider agrees that I was failed and that Dr. Molina should have looked for a reason for my constellation of symptoms. If my EDS had been caught earlier I would have been able to make wiser decisions that would have helped preserve the little life I had in my joints. I also would have been able to make wiser plans with my life as my pain no longer allows me to do the things I planned to make a lifelong career out of. Also - a note, for anyone who looks into EDS based off this - MCAS and POTS are frequent comorbidities that should also be looked into.

I was so lucky to have picked Dr. Molina as my doctor when I moved to Austin 8 years ago. He's a caring, patient, excellent physician. I moved here after selling my homes in Los Angeles and New York City- where I had the absolutely top doctors, renowned in their fields. Well, I happened upon on who's right up there with the best. His staff, the PA's are outstanding. Those tossing barbs that he's all about the money, you're entitled to your opinion. This is still America, where a person may decide how they run their business. Medical Care is a business.

I have been a patient here for 6 years now and absolutely love his practice. He is definitely more about prevention if possible. His exams are thorough and never rushed, and he will go to great lengths to explain things to you. This great service I attribute to the monthly fee I pay, which is well worth it. This way he can spend quality time with you, not having to be focused on what the insurance company will pay. I also love not having to wait in long lines to see him. Five stars!

I was this man’s neighbor a little while back and he would take the time, usually pretty late at night honestly, to come and personally help out with what injuries the kids in our family might have had from school sports. For those of you on here reviewing him to bash his name with greed, respectfully, I highly disagree. Just look at what he did for my family. This review is the least I can do to repay that, even though he never asked for anything in return.

Greed for money is all this doctor cares about.. He has destroyed his practice with this 'membership' strategy. I think this doctor must think he is a celebrity hair stylist with this greed and membership b.s. Good thing is, there are thousands of other doctors out there to choose from!

Dr. Molina and his setup is totally about greed for as much money as possible. He caters only to the upper scale neighborhood that don't care how they are spending money. For the regular folks, be warned, this doctor's priority is about taking as much money as possible with as little of time and medical treatment as possible. All of the money grabbing and greed has totally gone to this doctor's head. I think he thinks it's very easy taking money from people so he will continue milking the cow

Dr. Molina and his assistants are very caring and competent. However, I have become extremely unhappy recently. It is not possible to get in to see Dr. Molina. I was treated recently and the treatment was ineffective leaving me in severe pain. When I called and left a message to ask what I should do next, I received no response. When I called back, I was told that I should not expect a response for days. When I complained, I was told I should seek treatment elsewhere.

Dr. Molina is a kind, compassionate and humble man who sincerely cares for the well-being of his patients. Most recently, I underwent a check-up with full physical, blood work, etc. Dr. Molina then walked through the results with specific recommendations for each area, pointing our how I could close gaps with nutrition, etc.
