Dr. Zaguli was kind and patient!
I did not have any similarities to the other reviews here. I met him with my 10yr old son with Down syndrome today. Dr. Zaguli was kind and patient with my son. He was personable and made us both feel comfortable. We will book our next appointment with Dr. Zaguli, he was great!

I have never been talked over and talked down to as I was with Dr Zaguli! I brought my daughter in for a referral due to sleep and eating issues and instead of listening to some of my issues, he kept downplaying the expertise of other health professionals or moms with similar issues. He also didnt engage kindly with my 3 year old and automatically classified her as having developmental issues when I know in fact that my daughter avoids rude people. He made assumptions and was very rushed even though he was late to our appointment. I had come for ideas on how to gently deal with my high needs child but he was too busy making absolute statements and brushing over my concerns and focusing on his own opinions. Would definitely not recommend this doctor as a pediatrician or other type of health professional. He might be better suited in a correctional facility where tough love can do some good.

I am new to San Diego and I went to Dr. Zaguli as a referral. He was great at first but after going to him a few times after, I felt extremely uncomfortable talking to him. He started brushing over my questions, talking down to me & I couldn't even get a word in. He isn't friendly either. Always is in a hurry. He even had the audacity to humiliate me and lecture me in front of his staff and ppl in the waiting room. He is extremely unethical and pompous. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

DO NOT bring your teenager to Dr. Zaguli!! My 17 year old daughter and I left his office in tears. I took her in because she was vomiting uncontrollably and he told us she has an eating disorder. We both tried to tell him that was definitely not the case. He rudely shut us down, talked over us, told us people with eating disorders are very manipulative and said he knows this from experience with his own daughter's eating disorder.
