First we were told care could be provided. Showed up and Laudati said they couldn't and was unprofessional. Then we were called back in saying they could help. We sat there for an hour the second time and then left. We were refunded our co pay but Laudati billed the insurance anyway even though she didnt provide treatment or a true office visit. What does that sound like to you? Refunded co pay and billed the insurance? Hmmmm. We were told she had a "bad day." Inexcusable, rude behaviour. Time to retire. If I could put less than one star I would.

awful! Would not write a script for my child since she did not have an updated check up. I asked for a favor since the office doesn't take my insurance , I had a specialist appointment in a week and said it took 3 months to get and if she could write orders for her until she finds new doctor. She said no to come and pay out of pocket (which I couldn't afford). Shocked at her unfriendly tone, I canceled the specialist appointment , found a new dr and rescheduled. Thanks for nothing!

As an existing patient to the practice, I called to obtain a doctor's evaluation for a possible learning disability for my child ahead of a meeting with the school district; I was told that the practice would be able to do a pre-screen for a this, but not an actual diagnosis (which is all the school board was asking for) and to bring any supporting information to the appointment. When I arrived, Dr. Laudati threw the papers back at me, said they needed to be faxed (when I called the school board- they told me these papers can't be faxed due to state regulations) then refused to do the evaluation, saying the practice doesn't do it-after taking my copay?! When I tried to readdress all of this-the bad info I was given when I made the appointment, she proceeded to tell me, "Its not cancer!" and all my child had anxiety because I did! (she doesn't regularly treat my child). All of this in front of the child! so unprofessional.
