Very Caring and Attentive
I found her to be kind, attentive, asked numerous questions, listened, and explained procedures to be taken and why. I was impressed with her compassion.

I agree with all these reviews. I wish I could give a 0 star review. I’m 17 years old and I have been experiencing vertigo symptoms such as dizziness, headaches, blurry vision, light sensitivity and etc. She shook her head and me and said she didn’t understand why I was there and that she cannot help me. My family and I pushed for an MRI, she ending up giving me a script for one but said “it’s not needed but I’ll just order one for you to ease your nerves”. Basically telling me that everything is “all in my head” and it’s “just anxiety” and saying I should go see a THERAPIST.

If leaving 0 stars were an option, I would be leaving that. Waited 9 months to see this doctor; I should have waited another 3 months to travel to see a neurologist that actually has a medical degree. I’m not sure your forced to fill out 12 pages before being seen either. None of it is read. She had zero clue as to what my medical history was; and was arrogant. She questioned all of my other specialists and doubted their diagnoses. If she doesn’t know how to help she should not be practicing medicine. She lacks compassion and shows zero interest or empathy towards her patients. She was so condescending I wanted to get up and leave. If you wanna die I highly recommend seeing her. It is very sad that Albany Med employs this woman.

Don't GO
I had a stroke with heart valves and a pacemaker from endocarditis. She IS ABSOLUTELY the worst Doctor I had seen. She charged my $495 for a half-hour appointment and it was a waste. I had to go back to my PCP to get a referral to a different doctor at another Hospital. If I could give her 0 stars I would

Dismissive, disinterested, awful
Should be 0 stars. I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews, but I've never had such a disinterested, dismissive and condescending doctor. I have weakness and loss of sensation on my left side and was referred by my primary to Albany Med Neurology, and assigned an appointment w/ Dr. McKee. The SECOND I started explaining my symptoms, Dr. McKee began shaking her head as if what I was describing was an illusion, interrupting me, and telling me "none of this is neurological" and there is nothing she can do for me. How can a doctor can tell a patient that their loss of sensation is not neurological without first conducting an exam? She then asked me if I had a learning disability. I pressed to have some scans, at least an MRI, done before she came to that conclusion and she obliged. I'm glad to have an MRI order in the works, but will be getting a second opinion and following up with a different doctor. I waited months to see this "specialist," but left disheartened and in tears.

Took 4 months to get an appointment. Didn't listen to or answer any of my questions. Basically stated she couldn't do anything for me and just ordered a bunch of tests saying she would get back to me. She never did and I had to keep calling. It's been almost 2 months and I'm still trying to get my results. I felt like she just couldn't be bothered with me.

I had to visit this doctor as I didn't get appointment anywhere else and the only earliest appointment available was with Dr. Mckee. She asked me the same questions which the nurse practitioner asked. She didn't suggest any medication or the solution for my problem. She listened and noted what all medicatons I was taking to get relief from my migraines and suggested nothing. I got my MRI done and the doctor never discussed the results with me! Overall it was v.bad experience with the money spent
