I waited over an hour to see him just for him to spend less than 5 minutes with me. No eye contact, no personality. Front office staff was incredibly rude. Nothing impressive about this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

This review is for the 317 St. Francis Drive, Suite 170 location. Like most people I wasn't to thrilled hearing that I needed to do a colonoscopy but having done it I can recommend Dr. Matthew Barnes and his staff. I visited the office twice. Once for a pre-exam with the nurse practitioner and a second time for the actual colonoscopy. The best words to describe my experience are: (1) professional and (2) efficient. I like it when I get the feeling that the people who do these tests have done them thousands of times. And, that's what happened. Dr. Barnes and the anesthesiologist were extremely nice, put my mind at ease, did their thing and removed one small polyp, which was begnin. Also, the lab results came back quickly. I am extremely happy that I chose to have my procedure done at this office of highly qualified experts. Which includes the nurses who were sweet AND efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor's office.
