Unsatisfied with his bedside manner. He's competent, but there's no sense that he's actually listening or cares about you as a human; you feel very shuffled through. Consults typically last about 5 - 7 minutes, no matter what you're seeing him for. So I called to see if we could switch, having heard good things about other doctors in the practice. Got an appt 4 months out with Dr. Patel. Two weeks before the appointment, they called to say she's out of town and can't see me until late April and that she's no longer doing afternoons. I can't do mornings as a teacher. The scheduler did not seem at all sorry or willing to make any accommodation; just said I'll have to stick with Dr. C. if I want to see someone in the next few months. I get that it's a challenging time in the medical field, but the lack of concern is extremely off-putting. I will be switching my entire family to a different practice ASAP.

Dr. C is so great that I have referred all of my family and friends to him. He truly cares about his patients and takes into consideration what the patient wants. He is very thorough. His staff help to communicate promptly and release results in laymens terms. Dr. Cianciolo is the best physician I have been to in years.

Poor communicator. Visits generally feel rushed. He doesn't explain any treatment plan. In one case, he prescribed an OTC cough syrup that would have been cheaper purchased as a generic from Walmart.

Agree with those who said he had bad bedside manner. Didn't even recommend the annual tests needed for someone over 50. I had to ask...and he fumbled around with my chart to double-check my age. Ugh!! Will definitely not be going back to him.

Great Dr. takes his time on each appointment to make sure I understand everything and nothing was missed. Follows up via the mobile app with test results and answers questions promptly. Useful they have a walk in clinic when you cant wait for an appointment and you know your Dr is seeing the visit information.

So thankful I found this office. Dr c and his office staff are amazing. I was called back before my actual time. Dr c listened to my concerns and discussed possible diagnosis’s and treatment options. I felt as if I was able to have a say so in my treatment options.

Dr. C took a lot of time on my first visit to listen to my symptoms and discuss health concerns. Though my illness is common, he treated me with patience and answered all questions thoughtfully & considerately. He talks fast, so there's that, but I didn't feel rushed in my appointments. I appreciate that he wants follow-up appointments - mine are every 3 months - to check on my health and effectiveness of medication. He also advocates (without being pushy) for lifestyle changes that help.

Extremely poor bedside manners. Argumentative without giving any reasonable suggestions. Doesn’t seem to care about his patients or whatever ails them and he seems to always be in a rush. I’m not sure he should even be a doctor at all, I wiuldnt take my dog to him!

He is the worse Dr I've been too, you can plainly tell all he wants is money, he wants me to make appt and come in every month for my refill meds, because Dr's get paid per visit. ..

He seemed to pretend to be listening, not very well and didn't prescribe anything helpful nor did he explain the medication. He needs to spend some time working on his interactions with patients, it is definitely a weak point.
