No parking available. Park far away or get dropped off. Waiting room packed. Assumes you're spanish. Had appt for 9 and 9:30 for 2 tests. Got call the day before telling me my appt is now 9:30. Showed up at office at 9 but took 10 minutes to find parking. signed in at 9:14. Too I missed my appt. Told them they changed the time when they called. They said I could do the one test. US. Then they would fit me in. I waited for 2 hours. Its after 11am so Ask if they have a time of rme yet. Stated they could do me at after they have lunch. No test done. I will find a Dr. with better staff/ and one that will correct there mistake..

After so many years, a woman identified as supervisor treated me liked it trash. I feel bad. She argued that they call me to cancel my appointment, and i was trying to show her my phone, and she screamed and screamed, we call you, I tell her yes they call me to remind me the appointment only. I’m not crazy to dress up and drive other way to any appointment. I quick and I found a excellent Cardiologist at Cardiovascular Institute of palm beach in Wellington. That woman unprofessional tell me my insurance refused to paid the ECO when I call Atnea they said they never call from Dr Melhado. This ugly incident happen few days ago, and today I have my ECO . At Dr Melhado every time they doing the ECO you paid the copayment, and they give you another appointment to find out the results. But here in Cardiovascular Institute’s of palm beach, you wait 30 minutes and you leave with your results. At the end I’m so happy now. Everything happens for a reason. I save another copayment today.

I tried to call his office with questions about medication he ordered that cost $700 . I have called 4 times in 2 weeks and never has called me back !!! Why??? Not recommended!!! Terrible service

Dr. Melhado has got to best cardiologist Dr. around! This was my first visit with him, goes OVER and above for his patients. His office personal is the best too, very pleasant very friendly and helpful. If I could I would give him15 stars

He is the best Cardiologist. My blood pressure in 2007 was. 210/100 ...I went to many doctors and even a hospital in Miami, no one could help. Dr Melhado gave me the proper medication and my bloodr pressure has been perfect ever since. MY HERO.
