Dr. Jayson stands out with a breadth of knowledge beyond Urology. His care and concern for patients and staff is obvious. The culture he establishes in his office perculates down, as shown by the support staff and nurses during every office visit. We are truly lucky to have him practicing here.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at Dr. Jayson's office. I called to schedule an appointment, and the person who answered was shockingly rude. Instead of providing any help or understanding, she spoke to me in a dismissive and impatient tone. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but there's no excuse for being treated so poorly when trying to receive care.It's really unfortunate because I believe he's a good doctor, but I’m hesitant to return after being treated with such disrespect. Patients deserve a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they contact a healthcare provider. I hope improvements are made to the staff’s attitude and customer service in the future.

This sweet, honorable, super accredited and published doctor saved my life! I had been to so many different urologists. I had a Kidney Operation in 1970 that they fell back on as a Chronic precondition, and had to deal with chronic UTIs, pain and suffering. Their bandaids were antibiotics. Dr. Jayson took a good look and found a non-cancerous, but metastasizing and necrotic tumor, which he removed immediately. NOT ONE UTI IN TWO YEARS NOW. Chronic pain is gone, life changer. But i still have a weird growth over 33% of bladder, my bladder cells started to turn, and are turning slowly now, to epidural skin 'callus' cells, they think in response to chronic infections, body trying to protect bladder walls, which were being compromised. Dr. Jayson is all over it, non life threatening for now, he takes a look every 3 month! Love, love this incredible doctor!

Dr Jayson provided exceptional medical care. He treated me for kidney stones. His thorough examination, clear explanations made the experience very positive. He treated me when I was a DESPARATE walk-in I had extreme difficulty peeing my own Urologist was not in his office that day and the urologist's office staff that WAS there REFUSED to see me luckily for me down the hall was Dr M Jayson of South Florida Urology Center. When I explained my predicament to the front desk the lady went to the back then returned and said Dr Jayson would see me. He did an ultrasound, a urinalysis and a Urine Culture & Sensitivity. He put me on antibiotics and scheduled me for a couple of more tests. he was caring and compassionate. My Condition improved rapidly. I can not say enough good things about this Doctor.

Dr. Jayson is a fantastic Doctor. He will not over-react to a single high PSA result. He always suggests a very logical and factually based course of action. I always feel that I am receiving the best care. He always has the time to answer each of my many questions and is very patient.

I went to Dr. Jayson For a second opinion. He spent a lot of time going over my condition in the office thoroughly explained everything to myself and my wife and offered what he felt was a better option for me. I was convinced and decided to perform the outpatient procedure with him. He met with me on the day of the procedure went over everything with me, give me lots of assurance that everything will be OK and after the procedure thoroughly explain how everything went. I am so glad that I went to Dr. Jason. In addition his office manager and staff are also excellent. The office manager and nurse were available prior to the procedure and after the procedure to answer all the questions that I had.

Dr. Jayson is knowledgeable in his field but he's a shark when it comes to charging. He's so friendly that he'll have you waiting an hour in his waiting room just because he's "talking" to some one else and bill you for the extra time. Then, to add insult to injury, his office manager is very unprofessional and GHETTO. It is a shame but I would not recommend him AT ALL.

He tried to scare me into surgery to remove my prostate. I’ve had two other opinions indicating that I don’t need surgery. I think Dr. Jayson just wanted to bill my insurance company.

Great doctor and staff. Been treating me for kidney stones and a variety of issues. Very knowledgeable and always professional.

Last 2 visits ordered tests very expensive without informing about possible costs or why the tests. I asked copy of the results and until today I have not received them. Also, their practice has always students and last time was another Doctor who attended my visit. Very Poor Customer Service.

Office staff made me pay $100 for a supposedly missed appointment, due to their scheduling error. They gave me the wrong date. Also they did not send my ultrasound records to the new urologist I went to on time even though I signed a release. I saw a doctor's assistant on my first visit. Didn't really speak to the doctor on my first visit. He did nothing about my reocurring UTIs at first visit. I had an emergency room visit soon after. My experience with my new urologist is much better.

Great visit very caring and to the point... MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND SECURE !

Dr. Jayson and his staff is amazing

I have been going to Dr Jayson since 2008. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer and Dr Jason removed a golf ball sized tumor. Within a year cancer returned which is not uncommon. It wasn't tumors but little growths. Dr Jason removed them then put me on BCG therapy. I went back for check ups as required every 3 months and then every 6 months. It's been 9 years now and no re currence of cancer. We moved to Naples a few years ago and I still come back to Dr Jason for checkups. I recommend Dr Jason.

Dr Maurey Jayson has the experience, knowledge and intuitive skill that put him at the forefront of today's finest physicians?. Patients will find him thorough as he never rushes. His skill is only exceeded by his professionalism. The medical staff is great, too.

Horrible Service!!!! Do not waste your time going to see him. Some of his staff barely speaks english and are just simply rude. I literally wasted my time going there. I should of read these reviews before even going there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jayson for over 3 years. I have never had any issues with him but his office staff is getting worse and worse. Since three days ago I have been trying to get a refill on my medication, followed the instructions I was given, left voicemails and no one has returned my messages. Finally, today I decided to call again and somebody name Mike answer the phone. He said they are too busy and that they don't have time to stop working and check voicemails for refills.

Office manager is useless, office only worries about filling up their rooms and doesn't care about patients. They take forever to refund money to their patients and give the runaround for months. AVOID this office and go elsewhere!!
