Arrogant, Rude, Uncaring, Unprofessional
I was late to my first appointment by 17 minutes because a road was closed due to a car accident. She refused to see me, saying she need the full 45 minutes to evaluate me. She fit me in for 6 months later, notwithstanding that I need a monthly prescription. When she eventually saw me, she spent a total of 7 minutes with me after she was an hour late. For my next appointment, she was nearly two hours late. No apology either time. When I raised it, she told me that her time is more important than mine because no other neurologist is capable of what she can do in the surrounding five counties.
