I don’t feel like she cares
My health has been deteriorating for the past two years. She didn’t ask about my symptoms. I tried to tell her. She interrupted me numerous times. I left feeling confused. I was hoping for a biopsy so I could rule out some possible underlying conditions. I wish she cared. I feel like I am just going to keep getting worse and miss any chance to reverse or stop the progression of whatever is wrong with me. I wish I mattered, but I don’t. I wish I had an ally who could help me understand what steps I should take next or was willing to rule out a connection between my thyroid and my body failing. I am crying in my car, trying to calm down. I feel hopeless. But I can’t give up. I wish she listened with empathy, answered my questions, and helped me understand my options. I wish she treated me like she cared.

Wonderful physician
Dr. Menon has been my endocrinologist for 15+ years, from the time I was in my early 20s. She has diligently monitored me through multiple pregnancies and I've had no issues with communication. Yes, her appointments are quick, but she is always on time, very efficient, and always willing to answer any questions I have. I much prefer a quick appointment where all of my issues are addressed versus one that drags on and on. I've spent my career as a health care provider in critical care and believe Dr. Menon to be a top notch physician.

Have been a patient for a few years. On every return visit, it has had to be rescheduled. Most recently had to have full body scan for metastatic thyroid nodules and could not get my results as she was out of the country. When ever I hav had my visits, they have been a grand total of 5 minutes or less. Will not be back

Saw her twice. Did not inform me of risks of medication correctly. Did not give me protocal forpre injection. When i called with intense pain and jaw issues assistant called me back 3 days later and said see your dentist. Medications can have extreme issues My dentist was not qualified to address my issues. Never cslled to see if i was OK. WOULD NEVER TRUST HER WITH ANY HEALTH ISSUES

While Dr Menon is a good doctor, her front office and billing staff are awful. Today I was scheduled for multiple tests and an appointment. The front desk confronted me about a balance due. While I was calling my insurance to check on the status, they cancelled my 2 tests. I asked to talk to the doctor and was told she would not talk to me about billing issues since I had a balance due. I will NEVER return. I witnessed other confrontations from the front office staff on other visits.

The exam begins as soon as she enters the exam room: quietly questioning, examining, listening, busy but never hurried or pressed for time. I felt secure in her experience, knowledge, empathy, caring kindness & concern & I trusted she would find answers to help me. I've NOT been disappointed. I've been a nurse in hospitals, homes & prirate practice for 30+ years, and it's been said doctors & nurses make the worst patients; however, I found her expertise, diligence & concern comfortably charmin
