Doctor cut me off didn't let me ask many questions like I wanted to. Told me to let her finish its how she processes things. Asked me what my ptsd was from when it wasn't something I wanted to talk about. She proceeded to ask me why. Thought that was inappropriate and should have been just simply left at no when I said no as she is not there to play psychologist. Basically anything I had been told already from previous neurologists she seemed to tell me was wrong, and I did not feel comfortable in her opinion or decisions.

Treated my family member absolutely disgusting. By far the worst person in the medical field I have encountered ever in my life. I do not even consider her a doctor. She has no knowledge (very minimal knowledge for sure) and when a family member can't breathe, she loves telling people it's in their head. She wrote derogatory notes about my family member which interfered with his treatment with other providers. Tell me what doctor on planet Earth starts with "it's in your head" and ends with disgusting notes Thankfully, a knowledgeable neurologist (probably the fourth neurologist because of Miss Ward's disgusting notes) was able to properly diagnosed. Absolutely disgusting practice

Dr. Ward is very friendly and actually listens to you. Ive been seeing her and her APRN for over a year. During which time she has helped me achieve the right levels of medication along with helping me get diagnosed and treated for other health concerns. The office staff has been courteous and friendly too.

Dr. Ward should classify herself as an epileptologist, not a neurologist. She refused to treat me or answer questions about neurological disorders other than epilepsy, which is fine, but she shouldn't list as a neurologist. Doesn't return calls, would not take the few minutes to adjust timing on VNS, expects me to wait another 3 months.
