Last summer I had a severe runny nose (both nostrils). My EX primary care taker told me that I was just to fat and to "walk it off" it was residuals from pneumonia and gave me a prescription for Flonase. WRONG!! I had a severe cerebral spinal fluid leak that needed immediate surgery. I was so sick that to this day I do not even remember going to Lehigh by ambulance or anything at all until I woke up from a medically induced coma 5 weeks later. Dr. Mei Y. Wong SAVED MY LIFE! God Bless her.

Initally told I had a brain stem tumor, Dr Wong visited my hospital room and ordered an MRI of head and neck. Waited all day for results of test. Asked the floor Dr when Dr Wong would be back, he stated she signed off case because it wasn't a brain stem tumor but he didn't know what it was. Dr Wong a pompous jerk didn't have the courtesy to come and tell me what was seen and why she signed off case. Obviously she doesn't care about the patients feelings. I would NEVER recommend her.

After Dr. Wong saw me 5 min. she sent me for a test, after the test she never had me return to her office for an appointment to hear about the test results and discuss further concerns with her. She had her PA leave a message on my phone with the test results. When I called and asked to speak to her further about my concerns she had her PA call me, and she never spoke to me herself at all. Her PA was rude and curt on the phone. There was no real patient CARE at all.

She never made time for my loved one and couldn't even give us a phone call to discuss my loved ones condition. I was even out of work to try and see her in the hospital for an entire day and she never showed up. Only is interested in maximizing her profit margin and seeing as many patients as possible. She has no regard for the service she supplies.
