Dr. Erb is an absolute dream come true. I searched for a long time for the best Oculoplastic Surgeon in my area.When I listened to her video and found that she is one of six Oculoplastic Surgeons in the world and looked at her before and after photos. I had to meet her. During my 1st consult, I was a nervous wreck but Dr. Erb was very comforting, gentle and explained everything that she wanted to achieve, in what I was wanting to have done. She made me feel very comfortable. I had the Brow Left, and upper and lower Blepharoplasty, eyelid surgeries.I feel and look amazing, younger and not afraid to look in the mirror. Dr. Erb and her assistant Gina are the Best. Best decision I’ve ever made!

Dr Erb performed upper and lower bleph on my eyes, and I am so pleased with the results. I consulted with other surgeons but am so glad I went with Dr Erb, she took a lot of time up front to understand what I was looking for and the best way to achieve it. I felt very cared for before, during, and after the procedure, and appreciated all the follow-up appointments to make sure everything was healing and progressing correctly. I never felt rushed or brushed aside, Dr Erb listens to my concerns and answers questions with patience and care. I cannot recommend her more highly!

I am very happy to write this review for Dr. Erb! Dr Erb and her staffs are amazing! I had a lower eye lid mole removal surgery last month. Dr.Erb explained the process in detailed on consultation day. I had no pain during and after the procedure. I am very happy with the result. It was not painful at all. Also, the area got healed so fast and looks absolutely normal. I definitely will go back to her for future cosmetic surgeries and I highly recommend her to everyone!

The amazing Dr. Erb! She is a naturally talented surgeon and she fixed my saggy brow issues. I am so glad I chose her and I feel and look younger and can see better! As a retired healthcare professional, I research all my doctors. I’m so glad I came across Dr. Erb! Her credentials and education are impeccable. She fixed my left eye ptosis and now I have symmetry with both eyes. I am so happy with the results!!! I don’t know why I waited so long to have this done. Dr. Erb is an artist with a medical degree! I selected Dr. Erb after consulting with two other doctors and I am so thankful I did. Dr. Erb is a true perfectionist in every possible way. I was in constant contact with her from the day of my surgery, at which time she provided her personal cell phone number, all the way to now, nine months post-op. Highly recommend! Gina is wonderful. Of course it was due to Dr. Melanie Ho Erb's background I originally made the call but the answering staff made the first impression. Kind, accommodating and pleasant. Once seen, Dr. Erb was also more than I expected. Warm and easy to talk to. Gave several options and was able to address all my concerns. After the surgery, the staff and Dr. Erb continued the same care and concern. Recovery can vary and after going under it created new concerns which all are being heard and addressed. As time continue to pass and my eyes continue to improve and heal, Dr. Erb continues to listen to my concerns and continues to address each one as each month passes and my eyes change. Allowing my overall results to be everything I was hoping for and more. Thank you for the continued care and making sure all my needs are met. Horrible doctor who completely disfigured me by melting my face with an enzyme. I was completely misled and am in pain daily. Cried almost everyday for the last 8 months since seeing her. She has no remorse for when she makes mistakes.

I came to Dr. Melanie Erb because I was concerned of one eye drooping more than the other and that made my eyes look not symmetrical. Scheduling a surgery date was very easy, her staff is very nice and professional. I had my surgery a little over 5 months ago. I was very scared and nervous to have the surgery because Im just a nervous wreck by nature but Dr. Erb made sure my procedure was pain-free, she has a great way of performing surgery with no pain and makes you feel so relaxed during the whole procedure. I am so happy with my results. I had no complications whatsoever, my eyes look great! I am happy I chose Dr. Erb for my procedure. I had a Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) just under my right eye. Dr. Erb performed the surgical removal. Not only did she remove the BCC, but she performed such a precise surgical technique by lifting the lower skin flap! Stretching the skin flap, so that sagging would not occur and scaring would be minimal! There is no evidence 8 months later that a BCC surgery ever occurred! Amazing work! Thank you Dr. Erb

Dr. Erb is unique among master surgeons in her field. I came to her with a longstanding problem as a result of a prior ptosis surgery from 15 years ago. Other experienced plastic surgeons claimed the problem was too difficult for them to fix. Dr. Erb confidently, expertly gave me back my eyes. I am 6 weeks out from surgery and every day more of me emerges. I smile with my eyes now. Follow up care with Dr. Erb is off the charts. So much caution, thoroughly explaining every detail and scheduling lots of post surgery appointments. I never once felt I couldn't ask questions and get straight answers. Dr. Erb's staff, Gina and Mariah reflect all that is good in her. Dr. Erb is an artist with surgical skills that alone make her one of a kind. EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I met with another oculoplastic surgeon that my optometrist had recommended prior to seeing Dr. Erb. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Erb to do my procedures. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. If you're considering any kind of cosmetic laser treatment or eye enhancement surgery, please don't do it without consulting her.
