Dr. Petro is a perfectionist and her staff is supportive and caring . Dr.Petro is a skilled professional and I’m very pleased I selected her for my surgery.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE!!!! Don’t make the mistake I made and trust someone’s recommendation over the reviews. I was looking for an option closer to home instead of traveling to Atlanta for my injections and facials. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was a nuisance. I was there for ten minutes before someone even acknowledged me. When a Dr. has only pictures of herself on the walls (and I mean a LOT of pictures) in her waiting room and not of her work, that should have been a red flag to me. The assistant who took my pictures and went over things was the only thing good about this “Dr’s” office. When Melanie Petro came in, I was back to feeling like a nuisance with the worst bed side manner I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been to a few places before for Botos (transplant from Chicago) and always do my homework but trusted someone. As a Clinical Aesthetician and former manager of med spas, I knew exactly what I wanted. She did not listen to what I wanted but made her own suggestions...more procedures than I wanted and a lesser product (a 6 month not 2 year results product)...10th day after and my lips are still numb and frozen and what I wanted fixed is still not done...did not want my lips Botoxed but nasolabial folds filled! But hey, she gives a great show however. +_+ BUYER BEWARE!

Droopy Eye! I got Botox and about 5 days later my eye was very droopy! I called and went back in to see Dr. Petro. I was given a prescription for an eye drop and Thermi treatment. Neither one did anything to improve my appearance and droopiness. I was not given an apology and was told “the good news is it will go away”. It was an error on Dr. Petro’s part, she injected too close to my eye according to everything I’ve read. The only solution is to wait for it to wear off and spread the word!

Dr. Petro does excellent work. No one has ever been able to tell that I’ve had work done not even my kids. He office staff is young but I wouldn’t say they’re rude or mean.

As others said but had to find out for myself, rude and unprofessional staff. Instead of speaking to me, they were on their phones and did not greeted me when I walked in. Long wait time as well. Don't know if I should bother leaving a comment since any comments that aren't 5 star get deleted hence why the clinic has a 5 star rating on google. Disappointed by my visit.

Dr. Petro is a joy and my surgery and other procedures have been nothing but perfection. But, her staff does not reflect her or her work. I keep going back because she is great and her facility is gorgeous. But, honestly the staff is rude and extremely forgetful. I will continue to see her for procedures, but if she was not so great at her job, I would have found another doctor with better and more professional staff.
