This Doctor is horrible! She likes playing God! In that you don't have to go to her office she does a phone call. She calls so it does not ring but she leaves a snide message and now I need to call the office Her help is so bad they like to hang up on you! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

Would not recommend her at all.
Did not clearly explain procedure. Thought I was getting a steroid shot and she gave me a painful epidural that was not exp!ained. Took three weeks to recover. Called four times for help. No answer back for one week.

BEWARE THI IS A DRILL MILL
Dr. Karimian does not make money writing prescriptions for affordable pain management medications. Instead she pushes hard to sell you on ever increasingly expensive and dubious injections. She tried to push so many different types of injections on me from PRP, to dangerous steroid epidurals to amniotic fluid injections for $3,500 each x2 knowing I have no health insurance. After a spinal MRI she sent me for she declared I needed steroid epidurals from the base of my spine to my neck for $1,500 each injection that requires a series of three for each site. She did not go over the results of my MRI at all, just made these claims. I really felt she was just doing it to justify the injections which I did not need. It’s a pay to play……meaning if you don’t submit to the injections you’re not getting your pain medication. Dr. Karimian is nice enough in the beginning to groom you but becomes an angry tyrant over time if you can’t afford or decline the injections.

Services not rendered & no respect for modesty
After telling me her decision to treat me was based on.imaging requisitions, the imagining she ordered was TOTALLY UNRELATED to the pain matter I came to her for, & made her decision. I warned her not to charge me for a telehealth visit unless she could refer me somewhere else, but she called just to recuse herself & billed Medicare for it. I also confronted her for letting her assistant barged in the room while I was undeessed, & she dismissed my complaint as irrelevant.

Dr. K received a referral from my doctor in January 2021. I got my first appointment with her in March 2021. I didn't get my first shots in my back for my lower back pain until August 2021, at that time getting an infection in my L3, L4 and L5. I spent 4 days in the hospital, 20 days in rehab, 6 weeks with a pick in my arm for high doses of antibiotics and ended up with a walker. I am still angry that my back still hurts and she is still giving shots in other people's back. She has taken a year of my life. I would NOT recommend her for a pain management doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. K’s for over 1 year now. I have never meet a more caring dr. in my life. She is like family! I have severe back pain due to arthritis and bulging disc. She is always willing to try new things with me. I even have a workers comp case due to an old accident. I have decided to drop my workers comp case and go with Dr. K because I know I can trust her

Dr. Karamian is the best dr. I’ve ever had ... hands down ... she’s even better than most GPs... she’s helped me control my back pain from horse accidents ... car accidents ... spinal stenosis ... herniated discs and a 10 hour surgery I had to remove a tumor in my stomach ... she’s amazing. Her staff is great! I love Angelica her assistant as well ... very nice clean office and space .... I’ve been going to her for years ..... thank you dr. Karamian

I'm a 66 year old woman who has suffered with chronic pain for 23 years. I had to go to Dr. K for pain meds after my p.c. dr, could no longer write them. She decided I had to have a urine test before She would write a new script. I called her office for 2 weeks to get results and was finally told by her asst. that I was dismissed as a patient and would get no more scripts from them. Dr. K wouldn't even discuss it with me!! I Have been in torture for 2 months and may miss my son's wedding.

After wasting two years at a pain management facility I was on the verge of giving up. My wife did a little pleading with our insurance we we able to see Dr. Karimian. Just talking to her I had hope again. One MRI and two weeks later I have a plan to reduce my pain versus just the typical drug route. I know I still have a long road but am happy she is riding shotgun. She very well may have saved my life!
