Great Doctor
I cannot begin to express my satisfaction the staff from the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. I came for a consultation with Dr. Bukhalo and was treated right away. My wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room was very short. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Bukhalo to others.

I just left his office and was quite impressed. The staff were friendly and upbeat. The waiting room and patient room were clean. I loved that he is not quick with the knife and talks prevention! I am Irish redhead so I need all the prevention I can get. The exam was thorough first by his NP then by him, I felt like I was taken care of unlike other dermatologists I have seen. 5 stars :)

I went to Arlington Dermatology with a written referral from my primary care doctor to have a benign skin lesion removed. Because it's benign I was told I'd have to pay up front. When I reminded them I had a referral the doctor told me if I wanted it done I needed to pay $100. I went home, called my insurance company and was told if I have a referral from my physician for a procedure, it is covered. Due to their ignorance or unwillingness to work with HMO, I have to take a 2nd day off of work.

Whole visit was a huge disappointment. First of all, you are waiting in the waiting room for an hour. Whole visit with the doctor about 2 minutes. He is not spending time to listen or explain anything. Sensation of complete careless and rushing. When he lives the room, he does not even say he is leaving. Assistant is coming after doctor left and trying to finish doctor's job. They charged me $ 200.00 for nothing, no help at all. Waste of time and money.

Dr. B did not discuss or go into details; when I got home I realized I had unanswered questions. The staffers doing the work on me were good & upbeat. Staff at the desk didn't want to give me a summary of my visit but agreed to send it when I persisted. Several weeks later I got a summary without a pathology report; my primary physician was disappointed. Now I have to beg for a summary for my 2nd visit for a different issue a few weeks ago.

Take a pass on this doctor's office: 1) I went there a year ago, the skin tags grew back within 6 months. 2) I paid my co-payment & an amount that they claimed wouldn't be covered by insurance upon leaving. I got a bill in the mail for the entire amount AGAIN and had to argue with "Lina" to get that corrected. Big fight with "Lina" who had a bad attitude but eventually found the original credit card payment. Stay away...staff have a bad attitude and argue often.

I would definitely recommend this doctor and his physicians to family and friends because, unlike other dermatologists I have been to, his staff will actually take the time (without me asking) to explain my condition, give me home solutions, as well as for awards, telling me how to be able to catch them early as well as identify when they are gone. I love his staff. Would definitely recommend Courtney or Elizabeth - they are both fantastic at what they do and are very nice.
