Had prolapse surgery done by Dr. England. Should have been a red flag when he was so arrogant and rude during first visit. Still have problems but would not go back to him. His bed side manner was horrible and don’t ask him a question because he will talk to you like you are stupid. My children tried to ask him a question after my surgery and he was very rude and arrogant to them. His manager is not any better. I didn’t have an appointment with her but she came into the room and then billed my insurance. I discovered it when I was told I owed $35.00, which was my co-pay. I had given them a check for the visit but then discovered she had also billed my insurance which made it look like I had two separate appointments that day. It made me furious.

Had anterior & posterior pelvic floor repair. I was kelt in the hospital an extra day because my X-ray looked funny. 1 week post release from hospital I was back in the hospital with aspiration pneumonia/ARDS I was in the ICU 10 days. My husband let the office staff know that I was in the hospital & that it was more than likely a post surgical complication. Never heard back from Dr. England. I found him less than warm & lacking in compassion

I had my first visit with Dr. England and was impressed with his easy going manner. He was friendly and listened to my history and concerns. He put me at ease with an uncomfortable situation. He explained his thoughts and reasoning for wanting more tests. He also explained his findings on physical exam and what he was looking for. This was only my first visit, but I have not experienced what other reviewers have. I had an overall excellent experience.

Was referred to Dr England for Bladder Prolapse. He performed the surgery, was out of the hospital for 1 wk, then readmitted for a week from complications. After 7 weeks the surgery failed. Dr. England does not have time to answer any questions a patient might have, thinks he is above explaining anything to the patient. You are only given a sheet about the procedure or whatever procedure is being done and that's it. Very unfriendly staff, office mgr rude. Please do your research on him first.

Doctor England and his nurse practitioner are rushed, with an assembly line attitude toward patients. He obviously overbooks patients. He resents questions, and becomes hostile if you ask him to clarify answers. Exams, tests, and talks are all separate visits. The front office explained they must be on different days so he can charge insurance five times. After five pre-op visits I chose to find a different doctor, even though it meant postponing surgery and repeating painful tests.

I was to have surgery to remove a mass just below the pubic bone. When I woke up, I had a huge incision at the bottom of my stomach and a drain tube hanging out. He did surgery on the wrong area. I could still feel the mass that was to be removed. When I asked him about it, he said it was just swelling that I felt. When I went in to have the drain removed, I had him feel the mass (which he had been following for 4 yrs). Had another MRI. Mass is still there. I now have to have another surgery.
