Dr Garvin’s staff was courteous and efficient in scheduling my appointment. I arrived and was promptly brought in to see the Doctor. He explained the problem and how to cure it. He proceeded with the procedure and performed it With no pain. He explained the after care procedures and how to take my medication. All in all this office and Doctor took what could have been a difficult situation and with thoughtfulness and caring sent me home a satisfied patient. Two thumbs up for Dr Garvin and his office staff. Mike ke Shea

Dr. Garvin is professional, knowledgeable & attentive. He listens to his patients concerns & explains everything fully to them. His bedside manner is caring & empathetic. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Garvin.

They overcharge. They tell you the amount to pay, but then they add on an "office charge" that is $175. $446 when you're told $225 is ridiculous.

Although I never got to see the Doctor, I feel it is necessary to review my experience with the office ineptness. Upon setting up my appointment, I gave all the necessary info to the rep, including my insurance carrier, type of insurance and member ID. The representative specifically said they take my insurance! Fast forward 10 days to my appointment date, and I receive a call stating they do NOT take my insurance and have to cancel my appt. Unbelievable!
