Wouldn't Recommend
Does not have a very good bedside manner, very arrogant with a 'know-it-all' attitude. Chuckled at many of my questions which I found very unprofessional. My case was through Worker's Compensation and once he found out I had acquired a lawyer, he no longer wanted to see me and bad mouthed my representation. He stated that my case was too time consuming and that he had other patients to see. I was beyond shocked to be spoken to like that. My husband accompanied me to a few of my appointments and agreed with my assessment of his pompous attitude. Definitely do not recommend unless you enjoy being talked down to.

I contacted Dr. Geraci about lower back/hip pain a week ago. He was able to diagnose that I had a herniated disc — and prescribed a regimen of corrective exercises and ibuprofen. I am pleased to say that I noticed improvements right away, and have made great strides in the past week. I have been diligent with doing the exercises regularly. And, although it is a bit uncomfortable at the time, the results are noticeable immediately. The ibuprofen is no longer needed, I am moving around without pain, and feel like I am almost back to normal. It was comforting to know that I did not require heavy medication or (gulp) surgery to resolve the issue — even though I have friends who have been told those things by their doctors. I would recommend Dr. Geraci to anyone who wants to resolve movement issues like this, without being drugged up or having to get needless surgery.

Arrogant, rude and flamboyant. This is the worst of the worst doctors. He actually told me that he can dismiss everyone including me suffering from post-vaccine side effects because he doesn't believe it's real. Actual doctors are doing real research on PASC and post-vaccine inflammation from the spike proteins picked up by non-classical monocytes causing vascular inflammation and sticking to the endothelium. I know what happened to my body in the weeks after vaccination and that's a hell of a coincidence to be happening to so many others just like me. Even worse than him wasting my time, I now have to live with irritating inflammation in my legs and airway with no treatment. Thanks for nothing you terrible doctor. Northwell Health needs to hire better neurologists.

Honestly, took me a while to find someone who had the ability to see past the obvious and work with me to find creative solutions to my back pain.

As a former competitive athlete, I initially saw Dr. Geraci for a herniated disc (approx. 5 years ago), for which the exercises and PT that he prescribed completely healed my back. It took a month or two to see results, but he definitely knows his craft because I am now completely pain-free in my back. Because of this great experience years ago, I made a tele-medicine appointment with him when I hurt my hip playing hockey a couple of months ago. I saw immediate benefits doing his exercises and when I hit a plateau a few weeks later, I reached out again for a second telemedicine appointment. He found out (through watching me on the video) that I was doing the exercises wrong and he modified my form, which was very impressive considering we were using video. Additionally, he tailored more stretches in my exercise regimen and without his help, guidance, and availability, I would not be nearly as pain-free as I am today. I owe all of this to Dr. Geraci and his wonderful staff!

First, my Primary said it was one thing, then my Chiro. said it was something else, then a bone and joint specialist said it was another thing and wanted to perform surgery. Finally, I went to Dr. Geraci and he examined me far more thoroughly, actually listened to what I had to say, then correctly diagnosed the problem, made a few gentle adjustments, and gave me a simple exercise to perform. After a few weeks I am pain free, and have resumed all normal activities. He literally "saved my bacon."

Dr. Geraci is an exceptional and caring doctor who is a consummate professional. The exercise regime he recommended for me fixed my torn meniscus and my knee is better than it's been in 40 years! I avoided surgery following his techniques and will now go back to him for strengthening exercises. Yes, Dr. Michael knows his trade inside and out. Yes, he believes in what he teaches and yes, you must be willing to follow his instructions and do the exercises diligently in order to see results. No, do not expect an instant fix especially for injuries that have been ignored or misdiagnosed for decades and no, do not go to him if you are not willing to be open minded because you waste your time as well as his. I am pain free and mobile thanks to Dr. Geraci!

Wow! Dr. Geraci diagnosed my daughter's knee problem and was able to give her exercises to get her back to normal in just a few days. He took the time to actually listen to both of us, asked insightful questions and took a genuine interest in helping get her back to running. No medications necessary.

I had several abdominal surgeries and a possibility of ovarian cancer. I had excruciating pain that lasted for over a year. I had to take pain medicine every four hours. After I went to him and he evaluated me, he sent me for pelvic strengthening and I had one Steroid shot in back. After about two weeks, I had significant relief and did not take another pain pill. Thank God I’m off of those pain pills, I would not have taken them if I didn’t need them. I’m glad it’s over, thank you Dr Geraci I am free

Thank God for Dr Geraci. I had a "frozen" shoulder and was in a lot of pain. He is an honest, No nonsense Doctor. You have to put in hard work, if you want to get great results. The office staff is professional and kind. There is No Quick fix. I was thankful to have the opportunity to try P.T. and a cortisone shot, rather than pain pills and surgery.??

I had my first appointment with Dr Geraci last week. He was incredibly thorough in his assessment,,,he really listened to me, and took the time to not only listen to my “symptoms and complaints “ but also to educate me about my specific concerns. He showed me specific exercises to improve my situation,,,and also referred me to a practitioner he believes will help me rehab my pelvis and lower back. However he will be following up with me next month to assess progress and other possible treatment if needed. His demeanor was kind and compassionate,,and he was straightforward with me which I truly appreciated. He discussed with me lifestyle changes that may facilitate the recovery process and beyond. I’m so grateful for Dr Geraci,,,, I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for surgical alternatives for orthopedic conditions.

I had an MRI of my hip and the full results were not shared with me. What was shared is that I had a torn labrum and he recommended PRP therapy. After much pain, I sought a second opinion from an orthopedic surgeon who reviewed the same MRI report and told me I have stage 4 arthritis in both hips and need a hip replacement. The PRP therapy was not only unsuccessful and very expensive and painful, but in my view it was only recommended to put profits ahead of patient care. Because of this procedure, my true diagnosis and treatment have been delayed by months.

This guy does not care about patients. I had 1 appointment with him that lasted maybe 10 mins and he told me I needed to do physical therapy...after 2 sessions I was in significantly more pain and my arm was going numb...I called Dr. Geraci up and told him and he told me I have to keep doing it even though it’s making me worst...I briefly argued with him because it didn’t make much sense to me but I said ok I’ll continue with the PT...after my 5th PT visit I can barely move and I call him up and was told that he discharged me from his practice for questioning him. He is without a doubt the worst doctor I have ever seen...do not waste your time with him, find a doctor who cares about their patients.

Waited one hour and 40 minutes before I saw Dr. Geraci. He never apologized for the long wait. After a 10 minute exam he left the room and came back shortly telling me (again) bulging disks cannot be seen in xrays (why did my primary order) and that I needed an MRI. I responded no I would not be scheduling and left the office.

I wish I had read these reviews before going to Dr. Geraci. What people are saying is exactly what happened. He would not listen to what I was telling him, kept talking over me the whole appointment. I called his office to make an appointment to go over my MRI results and also because I was in a lot of pain. His office staff was very rude and would not even make the appointment! They said my PT would have to contact their office first. I’ve never had a doctor that won’t review test results!!

Can I give less than 1 star? The guy is a know it all and a jerk. Very unprofessional. Talked trash about my neurosurgeon WHO REFERRED ME TO HIM! He gave me conflicting information and didn’t care at all about my concerns. His staff was also rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time going here. You’ll regret it.

Dr Geraci would not listen to my concerns, he only talked about what HE knew and how he had '31 years of experience'. I waited in the waiting room for over 1/2 an hour & his staff claimed she didn't even know I was there (I was the only one there & the nurse had asked me to sit until she could check me in). I also listened to the Dr & a staff member talking about me outside the door. was extremely disappointed w this visit! He did not answer my questions or address my concerns fully.
