Good doctor, very rude receptionists
The doctor is good, knowledgeable and patient with you. He's taking his time to talk to you and understand your concerns. The receptionists on the other hand are rude and doing a terrible job misrepresenting this doctor. When I called for a refill, I was told that I can't get it unless I came in for a visit. When I said that my insurance does not cover more than a visit a year per doctor or specialist, the receptionist simply hang up on me. This is the reason of 3 instead of a 5. They should be more careful with whom they hire, maybe someone who is more empathetic with the patients, not rude and thinking only off the financial bottom line.
