I had a 3:00 appointment. I arrived at 2:45 to do paper work. I was placed in a room to see the Dr. The staff was very friendly and professional, but the Dr. never came in to see me, nor did any of the staff advise me he was running late. I walked out at 4:15 because I could not wait any longer. I understand that there may be delays, but I made an appointment a week prior. My time is important to me.

Several years ago I had severe pain in the foot, and Dr. Joyce told me I could have a surgery that would correct it. The surgery went well, and I have not had pain in my foot from about six months afterwards.
