The quality of care overcomes the wait times
The quality of care overcomes the wait times that can be short or long. The reason is when he meets a patient it may take a procedure to solve the problem i.e., topical anesthesia before a procedure (unless you can stand the pain ) shaving an excision for a pathology sample, excision requiring sutures, cryosurgery of pre-cancerous lesions, destruction of pre-malignant lesions, and so on. So quit barking and wait. Wait times have gotten better (2022) since the Covid madness, but you still may wait, bring a book and read or check your emails and watch videos.

Excellent service
We have only great things to say about Dr. Mancuso and his friendly staff. Regarding the wait times -we have waited more than 2 hours to see other dermatologists with other health systems, so the small delays we have experienced are well worth the wait.

Had an 8:40am appt. Was taken into the exam room at about 9:10am. There were to gentleman before me. At 10:00am when I heard the doctor speaking to a woman in the room next to me I stepped out to ask when I would be seen. You could see by the expression on Stefanie's face she forgot about me. (At no time during my 50 minute did anyone check on me or let me know what was happening.). The doctor told me he would be ordering medication. It took three phone calls to his office before Stef got it right.

Long waiting room times in which you are forced to watch FOX presidential propaganda. (Do NOT turn off or change channel of TV signs posted)

While he can get you in, the wait is for at least 90 minutes between waiting room and actual office. Last visit he said all i needed a potassium check to get my refill which I paid out of pocket to do. Now he is saying because I am on a pill for acne, he makes you come in every 3 months and charges a full doctors visit to take BP & simply look at my face. This after I have been on these meds for multiple years. I have never had an appt last more than 5 minutes and typically they last 1 min.

Spent 1.5 hours in the waiting room to see him for probably a total of 10 minutes. My prescription was supposed to be called in to a mail-order pharmacy and that never happened and I had to call his office and wait AGAIN for someone to call me back to take care of it.

I would not ever see this doctor again. For the little time he spent answering my questions he was rude and impatient probably because he has a waiting room overflowing with patients. By the time you get to see him he is not pleasant probably because he is overworked and stressed. Why not hire another dermatologist to help you and alleviate having to make patients wait for hours? You could certainly spend more time talking to them and letting the patient share his/her concerns then.
