Dr Miladore explained exactly what is wrong and what will fix my issue. Very professional and easy to talk to.

Waited a month to be seen initially after an ER referral, was told I had to have a test to ensure nothing was broken and then would be able to schedule surgery on my next visit. Waited another month, finally got scheduled for the test. Was called to schedule an appointment to go over results, had to schedule another month out. Show up to this appointment to be told he does not do the surgery I need. Dr received the results from the test they needed and knew immediately that he couldn’t do the surgery, and instead of telling his nurse to tell me I need to see someone else on the phone he wasted my time and my money and my time off work, and now I have to be in pain for significantly longer. When I asked him during the appt why I was not informed over the phone so I could just schedule with someone else he agreed and admitted they should have told me and not wasted anyone’s time or caused me to remain in pain for longer. Unacceptable bedside manner and general treatment.

He was very professional and took the time to explain my situation to me.

The staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Miladore was dismissive and quite frankly the most insensitive doctor I’ve ever met. He insulted my Florida Doctors whom I trust and know well, as I have been a Floridian for the past 32 years. His treatment plan was subpar for my arm and his lack of empathy or concern for my job requirements left me baffled. I am sad that it went this way as I have heard wonderful things about his father.

He cares, more than some!He also cut my long bone so it would stop the blood circulation in my wrist. Great job!

Everyone was courteous and respectful including Dr. Miladore. He explained my options and what to expect with said options. He even let me see my x rays without having to ask.

Dr. Miladore was very pleasant...explained my option and the procedure. I have a ganglion cyst on my wrist which he drained unfortunately it filled back up on my 20 min ride home it was very disappointing.

I liked Dr Miladore. He gave me an injection and we discussed the plan moving forward. I was happy with this visit.

Took my 90 yr old father to Dr. Miladore for severe carpal tunnel. He was very respectful of my father and didn't write him off due to his age as some doctors do. His examination, explanation of the problem, and options were thorough. He didn't push to do surgery and allowed us to decide whether to use anesthesia or not. The surgery was quick and relieved all the pain! My only complaint is that the nurse didn't review the discharge instructions after surgery. She just said, 'your instructions are in the folder on the bed.'

Dr. Miladore was very professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to me and put a plan in place and explained everything so I could understand.. I see him every 3-4 months for very helpful injections. I love going to my appointment because I know it does help with the pain and movement. Thank you Dr. Miladore

Zero stars. Dr. Michael. Miladore was rude. He cut me off when I tried to speak and spoke to me in a belittling tone. Wasn’t helpful. The next day, one of his staff called me about physical therapy. She was just as rude as Dr. Miladore. I thought I would try Dr. Miladore after being treated the same way by Dr. Leslie Schwendeman. I hope the other doctors with Youngstown Orthopedic Associates threat their patients better than Dr. Miladore and Dr. Schwendeman.
