Top Notch Unprofessionalism
My husband was seen by a PA, and while we have no complaints about her, we did have issues with the office staff. The PA recommended lab work and an endoscopy due to a fairly serious illness. The labs were drawn that day. An endoscopy was not able to be scheduled and we were told we would get a call to schedule 'probably in January'. After speaking to an office in Birmingham (who could schedule the endoscopy within a week), we requested my husband's records, labs, and order for the endoscopy be sent there. GI Associates finally agreed to send this information; however they did not send the order for the endoscopy. After almost two weeks we have not yet heard from the office regarding the lab results (they have been available on the patient portal since the day of his appointment). We did however hear from them via a certified letter dismissing my husband as a patient. This was signed by the physician he has seen previously for other issues, but not this condition. The office s

Dr. Palmer was very kind and personable. He's very quick and short with visits but will answer any and all of your questions thoroughly.
