Surgical scar virtually invisible!
I had skin cancer removed from the bridge of my nose by Dr. Todd in a Mohs procedure. I have an incision from between my eyes to below the tip of my nose that was so well done, several nasal surgeons and PAs who were working ON my nose did not realize I'd had surgery, couldn't see the scar even upon knowing it was there, and commented on the amazing job Dr. Todd did. As far as reviews go, in the long run, I had no office issues, but I'm not panicked over how the office does or doesn't run, if the final result is Nobody can tell I had surgery on my face, it was so well done. :)

Saw Dr. Todd his early years of practice in VA. Then he got busy doing only surgeries, and staff told me to see other "doctors" on their website as "our doctors". A Physician Assistant (PA) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Had a follow up with PA twice, and he seemed nice. I moved on to see MD at other practice, and thought it was wrong and unethical to mis lead patients stating that their PA and FNP are "doctors". They are PA and NP and MDs.

Dr. Todd and the entire staff were friendly and efficient and they made me feel I was in good hands. Everything was explained clearly and there was no time wasted. Everyone was very caring and made sure I knew that I could call the office for any questions that might arise. An office that runs as smoothly as this office appears to require no special effort but it's obvious that procedures are in place so that everyone meets the high standards.
