I was seeing another Retina Specialist, however the practice was sold to corporate and the quality and wait times were rediculous. My regular eye Dr. recommend Advanced Retina Institute with Dr. Tsipursky. Today was my 1st annual visit and I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff was so friendly and accomodating, the office is very calm, like a spa! I was in an out in 2 hours! That was impressive, as I wasted so much of my day with the other Retina doctor. I am so happy to have found a knowledgeable, friendly, well trained Retina Specialist. Dr. Tsipursky spent a good amount of time with me, explained everything and set my mind at ease. I will continue with him and highly recommend him!!!JB

Dr. Tsipursky is an excellent Dr. I have seen him for several years. I have had Type 1 diabetes Mellitus for over 60 years. Dr. Tsipursky has been diligently caring for my sight with the beginnings of macular degeneration and aging eyes. He listens to my concerns and includes me in decisions made. I trust him implicitly.

We have been going to doctor Tsipursky for over 6 years. He is a very learned professional. He has excellent communication and social skills. He is confident and deservedly so. He is moving to Florida. A great loss for our area but a blessing for patients in his new location. He is among the best doctors I have ever met. I can not recommend him highly enough. I pray for his happiness and success in this new chapter of his and his family's life.

Had surgery on both eyes within 9 months. Dr Tsipursky was very good about describing what needed repair and how he would do it. Answered all questions so I could understand and did a very good job on my correction. Would highly recommend him.

I've been seeing Dr. Tsipursky for well over 5 years for a retinal problem (retinal vein occlusion). His medical care has been uniformly excellent. He is also a patient, friendly person who takes the time to listen to patients and to clearly answer any questions. I can't overstate how satisfied I have been with his care. This is in regard to Dr. Tsipursky who practiced at Carle in Champaign, IL. I have been a patient of his since November 24, 2014. He diagnosed me with Macular Degeneration. I want everyone to know what a wonderful Doctor he is. He put my mind at ease and explained everything to me and my family. He is a very caring and considerate person. I am devastated that I have to find a new Doctor. There will never be another Dr. T for me. I have nothing but good things to say about him and I wish him the best.

Dr. Tsipursky is an excellent Retina Specialist. I'm happy to say that I have been a patient of his for the last few years. My treatment involves an eye injection, which he is really good at giving. Truthfully, I do not want any other doctor with a needle near my eye. Dr. T is a really good guy, man of his word, & very personable, all traits that put you at ease, making it easy to talk with him about your specific eye problem, needs, & concerns. He is very professional. No matter how busy he is, he always takes time to ask questions & listen to you. He explains the details of your condition so that you understand them. Sometimes he is super busy & running late. We patients talk in the waiting room & most don't mind the wait , because when you get called in to see him, the majority of people I've spoken with agree that he is well worth waiting for.

Been a patient for 8 years and so grateful to have been referred to him for multiple retinal detachments. He was relentless in his care and I have nearly perfect vision after his expert skill. Very personable and interested in his patients. Generous with his time and expertise - very encouraging to my son in medical school by giving his time to allow him to shadow and learn from him. It is very scary to have vision threatening issues and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as an expert to help you in your journey.

Dr. Tsipursky has been a wonderful physician, caring for me for many years now with an eye problem that has the potential to destroy my vision. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and caring in his provision of care. You in Florida are so lucky that he is moving to you state. I will miss him tremendously.

I love, love, love Dr. Tsipursky! He is the very best in his field. He is kind, compassionate, and always listens to you. He never makes you feel rushed. I first came to him 10 yrs ago. *Diabetic retinapothy. Low vision ( had to use a blind walking stick) *Lots of problems. He thoroughly examined me and explained my options in an easy to understand language. He is fantastic. He saved my vision. I have a drivers license. He gives the same care to all his patients and you always feel a priority.

I have only been seeing Dr. Tsipursky for 1 year, but he has given me excellent care and I don't regret making the change. Great personality, good to explain the treatment plan, excellent staff and everything procedure was smooth and seamless. Sorry to see him relocate, but wish him well with his new location. Dr. Tsipursky's great care will definitely be missed.

Dr Tsipursky is TOP in his field. I have been seeing him for 7 years with several unique issues. My parents have also been his patient. He exhibits the best qualities of a doctor; caring, thoroughness and expert qualities of judgement and performance. His reputation is well deserved, he truly is the BEST !!!

We have gotten the best care imaginable from Dr. Tsipursky. My son has a very complicated eye condition that started when he was 15 and took so, so, so many appointments to work through. Dr Tsipursky has been taking care of my eyes for the last 5 years and I have 100% confidence every month when I see him that he will take outstanding care of my macular edema. He has also performed surgery on one of my eyes and the results have been great. Dr. Tsipursky is a great communicator and is able to answer all of my questions. He makes me feel like I'm the only patient he has, even if he has many more patients in the office. He was able to improve my vision tremendously. I felt like I was in capable hands from our first consultation to our last.

Dr. Tsipursky has taken great care of my eyes ever since I was diagnosed with cnvm quite a few years ago. He is up to date on treatment plans and keeps a close eye (pun unintended :) on my situation. When the bleed came back, it was treated promptly. I have not had any further vision loss while seeing him. He is knowledgeable and caring which makes him the best of the best. Highly recommend!
