My procedure: CARPOMETACARPAL JOINT ARTHROPLASTY WO IMPLANT Dr. Vance is thorough, informative and a joy to have as my surgeon. I lived with severe osteoarthritis in my left wrist for many years. I tried cortisone injections, many different wraps and braces, range of motion exercises, but in the end it was this surgery that changed my life and gave me back my passion for living happily and joyfully. No More Pain. Life is good again!

I still have a finger thanks to Dr. Vance
I had a fight with a piece of gym equipment, lets just say the gym equipment won and broke off a joint bone in my index finger. It was a very complicated ordeal but Dr. Vance was incredible. From the first examination, surgery, and the recovery, he and his staff were excellent. I would highly recommend him.
