Best orthopedic surgeon in upstate New York.
He was very kind , very thorough exceptionally professional and patient when explaining everything regarding my surgery . He listened to my concerns and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. He also explained what could happen if I chose not to do the surgery. I definitely would recommend him to anyone. His staff at both offices are just as kind and compassionate as Dr Micheal Waters is. Everything went smoothly. I’m so blessed that I got him as my orthopedic surgeon.
