Dr. Michael Wydila, MD

I found Dr. Wydila to be thorough in reviewing my history with chronic sinus infections and allergies. He was kind with a sense of humor which is rare these days. I highly recommend him to anyone needing allergy shots.

Dr Wydila is great and gives thorough care. He connects with and cares about patients. That being said, I often have to wait a long time to be seen. I waited 1 hour 20 minutes one day while I could hear him chatting to multiple different people in the office and on the phone. This is disrespectful to those that have made appointments and shown up on time. Also, the Glasgow/Bear office is often closed. There are two days you can go to get shots… and sometimes they are closed for both days. I have shown up twice so far to a locked door and no lights on. Staff has been fine for me.

Dr. Wydila is fantastic and his receptionist is equally awful. Lynn or Linda is the rudest receptionist I've ever had to deal with and I loathe going to the office or calling just because of her attitude and the roadblocks she will throw, which seems purely for the sake of making life difficult. I've been going for 2 years and the only reason I continue is because it is in convenient proximity.

Do not go to this doctor. So bad and the staff too. I am a little late in this posting. I had a very bad problem and they were so rude to me. So sad and the doctor could not even talk to me. Not sure how he stay in practice.

He failed to figure out my son's eczma and couldnt even ask for blood work which actually figured out by our pediatics. Shame on him. He just wanted to increase the visits. He did nothing. Very bad and sad. i also came to know from others that it was our mistake.

He has helped me and my nose to know one another.

Do not waste your time. I went for a new patient appointment and waited 40 minutes in the lobby. The receptionst wouldn't talk to me as she was on the phone the entire time. Everytime I went up to ask a question it appeared that I was inconveniencing her. I am sure the Dr may care about his patients, but the staff does not.
