Mean Girls That Peaked in High school &Healthcare
Staff is unprofessional, unorganized, rude, lacks competency and accountability. Very poor communication, doesn't return phone calls, faxes, emails missing attachments and documents, even the office hours and days on Google aren't up to date. You'll see a sign on the door saying 'returning at 12:40' they MIGHT open at 1:15. Avoid frustration, wasted time and funds and seek care elsewhere. The physician himself seemed OK (was personable but has a thick accent), but all the hoop jumping to actually see him isn't worth the headache. I don't trust his staff.

This office never answers phones, I am always playing a waiting game to get a call returned. Hard to make appts cuz of the phone problem. I had some tests and called ahead to make sure I was doing everything right. Now I found out later, I “forgot” a certain test but my labs never even contacted me about it. Of course, they say it’s my fault. I’m done! He is very hard for me to understand and I really don’t know what is going on with thyroid because of this.

Sent my 77 year old mom for a visit to discuss managing diabetes. She has had problems with one medication before and wanted to find another instead. After no exam and no blood work he did nothing but belittle her and put her right back on the same medication. Would not listen to anything she said. Definitely not going back there.

I find him wonderful, compassionate and knowledgeable. When I was in the donut hole with my insurance he was able to give me some insulin pens to tide me over. He might not always have samples available so I don't think he should be criticized if he doesn't have them. His staff has always been polite and nice when scheduling or rescheduling appointments for me.

The office staff is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever come into contact with. They were extremely concerned with moving my appointment time up so they could leave early on a Friday. I had an insurance question and was told to deal with it myself. Apparently getting off early is more important than doing their job. I don't know the doctor, because I will be using someone else, but anyone who has such unprofessional employees makes a very bad impression.

Yes I very disappointed with this doctor he had a very good group of women working for him and today I was in his office and I’m very disappointed to find out one of the girls is not working for him and she was very polite and always had a smile on her face and was very sweet and outgoing in his office. I will continue to use him but like I said he let one very nice employee to leave his group and I’m very upset to hear of her leaving and I wish the best of luck to this very polite young lady.

Parathyroid surgery.PTh intact test in Michigan 183.7. Referred to Endocrinologist. I picked Dr Habashy. Big mistake! After expensive office visits starting in October 2016, and several test, he finally ordered nuclear imaging showing parathyroid adenoma. Instead of referring to a surgeon, he referred me to another Endocrinologist! This Dr asked me why I was there instead seeing a surgeon! I went to Norman Parathyroid Center (wonderful) in Tampa and had surgery on June 2. Stay away!

He gave me an injection pen sample. I accidentally left it in my car under paper papers heat index was 98 but in car higher. It was in the car for 4 hrs. I got home and found the pen. I called his office, was told it was ok to use despite the box saying keep in a cold temperature. I called druggist & mfg who both said do not use because the integrity of the ingredients were questionable. Dr got on phone and said if I did not trust him to then find another dr. I said u do not respect my concerns

The nurse in his Rolling Acres office is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. Screaming on the phone, hanging up on someone, and interrupting. Find new staff.
