Serious problem with prescription refill
Dr. Butler is a professional and caring physician. I have been her patient for several years. Beyond her responsibility as a physician, she is responsible for the efficient and safe conduct of her office staff. On December 18, 2024, I requested a refill of my eyedrop prescription through my pharmacy, as required by the doctor's office. On December 20, I learned that it had not been filled. The same answer on subsequent checks. When I checked on December 27, our pharmacy said it has called Dr. Butler's office at least four times. They called again this morning, and I left messages at the Plano and Dallas offices for Glaucoma Associates of Texas. I have been without my eyedrops for 8 days. This is unacceptable and dangerous to my eye health.

Unprofessional and Disappointing Service
I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional treatment I received at Glaucoma Associates of Texas. I originally scheduled an appointment with Dr. Butler, but due to his unavailability, I saw Dr. Constable. Three weeks ago, I was prescribed new eye drops for high eye pressure and told to return for a follow-up. However, I was not given any instructions to use the eye drops before my follow-up visit. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Constable refused to see me because I hadn’t applied the drops beforehand. The office never informed me that this was required, and the doctor didn’t bother to clarify either. Despite not being seen, I was still charged a copay.I took time off from work for this appointment and now have to reschedule for another visit. What’s worse, the office never responded to the complaint I left at the front desk. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable, and I’ll be seeing another doctor moving forward.Very disappointed in the way this of

Dr. Michelle Butler and the surgical team performed corrective surgery on my left cataract and glaucoma surgery recently. Dr. Butler demonstrated knowledgeable technical skills and a wonderful bedside manner. The office team is also professional and helpful. I appreciate the care Dr. Butler has given to my eyesight. I look forward to receiving a “bionic” lens on my right eye.

I have been seeing Dr. Butler for treatment of early stage glaucoma. She is a very thorough and competent doctor, spends time to ask me questions and answer my questions. Her eye exams are thorough and she is concerned that I am responding positively to medications prescribed for my condition. She is also personable and friendly.
