Dr. Michelle Seo, MD

Dr. Michelle Seo has been my PCP for years. Whenever I visit her office. she spends copious amount of time listening to my symptoms and providing solutions. She also gives me feedback to my test results very quickly, mostly next day after the test.I highly recommend Dr. Michelle Seo, MD.

She takes her time during our visit and has experience and knowledge related to all issues.

NCH has the best doctors, period. However; Dr. Seo is an angel and a true hero because she's by far one of the best physicians I have ever been treated by. She's very welcoming, so kind, so caring and super thoughtful and understanding of her patients. She's very professional and extremely polite and also knows how to put her patients at ease through explaining the process and steps during the check-up. I would give Dr. Seo 5 stars out of 5 and also an "A+" for being such an awesome doctor and a beautiful human being.. ????

She is very irresponsible, rude and condescending. Hard to contact. Take very very long time to get test result. I would never recommend to any one.

I have been seeing Dr. Seo for the past several years as my primary physician at NCH. She has been great- prompt, thorough, and listens. I feel very confident and in excellent care with her.

I am going on 65 years of age and Dr. Seo is one of the finest doctors I have had in my lifetime. She is very knowledgeable and communicates so you can understand.

Waited long for dr and when I saw her she was really unplasant. She does not care about her patients and she is rude.

I waited to see Ms Seo for almost an hour for an ear infection. Once I was finally seen it seemed I was just taking up her time, of which was less than 15 minutes. She hardly looked in my ears. After trying to convince her that I had an ear infection she realized I wouldn't just go away so she looked in my ear. When she said I was fine, I asked what about my throat, for which she proclaimed "well you didn't tell me about that", but I had. She doesn't listen or care about the patient.

Dr. Seo always remembers me, even though I come in every 6 months. She's very nice, and makes sure I'm not wasting my money on prescriptions.

Overall a very unpleasant experience. It felt like she was talking at me versus with me, which was very frustrating. I am 6'1 and overweight and very well aware of the fact. She told me to go on a 1100 calorie diet and join a weight loss organization because I need structure. Keep in mind this was our first visit and she did not take any time to learn about me. I left the office without mentioning some health concerns because she had left me feeling so uncomfortable. The staff was great.
