Horrible doctor! I had a yearly checkup n just had a heart attack back in 2019 about a week before seeing her n she refused to give me a EKG to check for more heart damage! I'm on Medicaid so we get treated like low class people sometimes n this was one of those times! She just listened to my heart n said I sound just fine n follow up with your PCP she's going on maternity leave! Unreal! So I dumped her and filed a complaint with the OM. She was the head of the practice back then hope she's not as of 2/22/22! My new doctor is Dr. Jeffrey Winder DO whom looked in on me while I was in LMH on 1/20/22 with Congested Heart Failure n Cellulitis bacteria Staphylococcus leg infection's. He had a good bed side manner n his PA kuiper I think her name was were all great n saved my life that day including the ER doctor by using that pumping air compressor on me. What a amazing machine!

She was caring and very thorough! I definitely recommend her

Dr. Lake is a superb, caring Cardiologist. She listened intently to my concerns. She then set me up to test my heartbeat. As a result, she got me quickly in to get a pacemaker implanted. She is highly competent, approachable, and professional. 5* plus

I initially selected Dr. Lake a few years ago based upon terrific credentials for her training. In addition to technical expertise she has demonstrated sound judgment and provided valuable practical advice for longer term issues. She also takes time with patients and has very good people skills.

Shortly after a mitral valve replacement in Feb 2019, Dr Lakes has been my cardic doctor. Every 6 months she completes a thorough exam and follow-up. I was impressed with her education choices, internship and residency at John Hopkins before her fellowship in Miami. A sharp and smart doctor. Professional and always interested, polite --- all that jazz. She downright really cares and is compassionate. Six months ago Dr Lake suggested I watch "Forks over Knives" on netflix. Just another example of a "game changer." After a couple months, I watched it and then shared it again with my wife. We incorporated many documented solutions... and BAM after a couple months, changes happened to sugar, blood pressure, weight, cholestrol, and attitudes. Thank you Dr Lake for all you do to help others.

I had a excellent experience with dr. Lake,she answered all my questions made me feel relaxed. I'm happy that I waited a little longer for the appointment to see her. I will definitely refer her to anyone who needs to see a cardiologist.

Unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant experience with Dr Lake. Her bedside manners were subpar as she was condescending and in a rush with each interaction we had. It was almost uncomfortable. Regarding her recommendations, it felt like she was following a formula and not giving personalized care.

I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Cardiologist without reservation. Excellent people skills and thorough with examinations and care. Follows up with patients with sincerity and professionalism.

Dr. Lake is amazing! She always takes the time to really explain my condition and treatment plan to me.

Dr. Lake is absolutely the most knowledgeable Cardiologist that I have had the pleasure of knowing. She discusses your issues with you, and does not talk at you.
