Dr. Ellis takes her time and reviews everything with you. Careful to make sure your medicines are correct and that they work well with each other. Took the time to get to know me and my current situation. She looks at her patients as a whole person and advises or treats all aspects.

Dr Ellis is very personable and kind. She is very intelligent.

Dr. Ellis is exemplary on all counts. She's exceptionally bright and perceptive, knowledgeable, kind, attentive and organized. Not only is she an excellent communicator, but she's a good listener too. She notices and thinks of everything - possible discrepancies in testing, potential improvements in treatment modalities, information from specialists her patient is seeing. Her staff is great too. If you need to speak to her nurse by phone between visits she is very accessible & knowledgeable.

Dr. Ellis is great, but Annette runs and ruins everything. Holds -up referrals, sends patients on unnecessary appts., will tell you the specialist you want to use is out of network, send repeated certified letters to your home demanding unnecessary appts. When your leg is broken! Anger-filled and even rude to professionals from other offices. She tears-down patient portals. Control issues. Stay away! You don't need this!

I absolutely love this office !! Tammy, Adrian, Annette, Nalini and Jenny are a great team. This office is very helpful. Dr Ellis is kind and compassionate, and 99.9% of the time I get in and out quickly. My parents were patients for years and they always had nothing but great things to say about this office. When my parents passed away the office went out of their way to pay their respects. A good physician's office is not easy to find, but my family found a great one. Thanks again PBMG !!

Dr.Ellis is a great physician. To berate her and use callous words to describe her or her staff is outrageous. She and her staff have always treated me with nothing but respect The office runs efficiently and on time. Dr.Ellis may be no nonsense but she is also compassionate. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family.

Dr. Ellis is always on top of your health picture: your history, your medications. your current needs, your visits to specialists, etc. I have never had a primary care as responsive as well as proactive as she. She keeps all your information up to date while you're there and immediately after you leave. She notices anything concerning about you while you're there, even if you haven't mentioned it. If you forget to ask something, you can email her on the Patient Portal; she will reply next day.

Amazing! Always listens, approachable, honest and very detailed in explaining my care plan and results.

Dr. Ellis is incompetent, inexperienced and uncaring to some of her patients despite having serious health conditions which she failed to identify or treat properly. She has the rudest, most incompetent staff members as well which made every encounter with this office a negative one which cost me months in my pursuit of health. Never trust her with your healthcare needs!

Dr. Ellis is compassionate, knowledgeable, calming and, I feel, takes both my physical and emotional care very seriously. She is never rushed, she wants to know how I am doing and she is excellent with working with my medications to get the most benefits out of my treatment. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Ellis and the Palm Beach Medical Group to anyone seeking a caring and professional Primary Physician.
