So rude
I booked an appointment with Dr. Mitchell Cohen at Prosser Memorial Hospital, after reading some positive reviews about him online. I drove 30 minutes out-of-town for this appointment & was hopeful that I would be able to get some information about the chronic digestive issues I’ve had since I was a child. However, my experience with Dr. Cohen was extremely underwhelming & felt like a waste of time. I waited about 20-30 minutes to see him, after being shown back to the room & getting my vitals checked. I recognize he may not have control of how long other appts. take, but he didn’t even acknowledge the amount of time I had been waiting. All things considered, I wouldn’t have minded so much, had Dr. Cohen’s quality of care been worth it. But, it certainly wasn’t. He was demeaning in his banter and when I raised any of my concerns, he invalidated my symptoms and basically summed up my symptoms by saying sometimes we just got through “phases.” Tacked on a generic diagnosis & sent me home
