I would not recommend this practice. We left multiple messages, which were not returned. After a few days and much searching for other contact information, we finally talked to someone on the staff. who asked for insurance information and said that someone would call us. After a number days we finally found out from that same staff member that Dr. Mitchell was not accepting new patients, except by direct referral and after pre-evaluation. So after all this, we could not get an appointment...
