Beware
Tested positive for a life threatening condition and he didn’t share the results. He said there is no treatment so why tell me?!? There is treatment and now I’m doing well. Scary and rude. Doesn’t respect women.

Dr. and staff are rude and potentially incompetent. Dr. prescribed medication too high for weight. Pharmacy called to confirm dosage with Dr Ahmed which he then lower prescribed amount. Dr Ahmed discontinued a medication and then became angry and asked why stop taking meds at his own direction. Office failed to schedule a lab visit with accurate lab and made us find out the fax number because they wouldn’t do it. Worse practice and specialist. The list goes on... We are seeing somebody else.

This doctor was by far the rudest doctor I have ever seen. I was in his office as a new patient crying and asking for help I was so I’ll! He said you will stop crying and walked out was so rude! Didn’t even care to listen to me treated me like I was there for pain medicine. I went back with my dad for follow up and he turned down my lab results saying I didn’t have myositis even though I have the symptoms and positive antibodies and positive anas. I never returned worst practice ever!

He is a good doctor. Downfall is he only writes prescriptions for 3 months and when dealing with mail order that is a pain. Front desk staff makes this office a dread to deal with. They don't listen to what you want, don't call you back and do not do tasks in a timely manner.

Rude staff, Rude Dr, Rude associates!! Lost my paperwork, Lost my test results, Refused to give me all of my test results! Literally called me FAT instead of using a more clinical term (obese, overweight). Told me that my pain is imaginary and that I need to see a mental health professional. Seemed genuinely unconcerned with my concerns; didn't want to answer questions; signed many times like I was wasting his day and or that he had better things to be doing. Very long wait--OVER 2 HOURS!!!

At my first appointment Dr. Ahmed was very thorough and I felt encouraged that he could help me treat my Crohn's related arthritis. Physical therapy was prescribed and it helped somewhat. At my last appointment, he recommended I become a vegan. How was that going to help? I was left a little speechless because Crohn's disease has left me with an impaired ability to digest high fiber foods and I had told him that going on a vegan diet would lead to bowel obstructions. Did not go back.

After reading reviews on Dr. Ahmed, I was extremely apprehensive about going to his office. I did have to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment time. However, it was explained to me that he was with a new patient. He spent an hour with me as well. Very caring, encouraging and helpful. Great bed side manner and genuinely cares for his patients. I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Ahmed seems ok. The office has terrible billing practices. He wanted to alter a medication which worked well with our previous doctor before moving here. His explanation was good although the jury is still out as to the benefits of the new idea. Thankfully, he didn't chew gum on visit 2. However, for the office visit, we had to put a lot of money on our credit card. We never pay before the insurance statement. We only owed a co-pay so were overcharged. They argue rather than refund.

Dr is very rude, along with staff. has very poor bedside manner. Cannot reschedule appointment because then you won't get in for months after. Also forget about prescription refills, he won't give you a refill until you are seen in his office. sometimes going a month without your needed medication. They also double book appointment slots so then you are waiting at least an hour to see the doctor if you are the 1st patient. He is always late! Also the Receptionist is a joke!

No stability with staff. Staff often with wrinkled clothing and broken, dirty finger nails and little medical knowledge. Dr. is kind but doesn't give through replies to questions. Spends majority of appointment chewing gum and writing in chart. Very, very difficult to reach between appointments...nearly impossible.
