This is the absolute worst doctor in the Mid-South area! His staff is incompetent and completely inconsiderate. My mother called them a week before her (very much needed) prescription was out so that they could call in a refill for her. They never called it in. And what's worse is that when she questioned them about it, they stated that Dr. Khan left early and they forgot to give him the message that day. HE LEFT EARLY 1 DAY! WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER 6 DAYS?! And to top it off when it was further explained how urgently my mother needed the medicine the woman smartly said she couldn't call in a prescription, what did we want her to do, lose her job! NO WE WANT YOU TO DO YOUR JOB AND GIVE DR. KHAN THE MESSAGE WHEN YOU FIRST GET IT! This is not the first time somethi g like this has happened, nor us it an isolated incident as you can see by the previous reviews. If you truly value you life and that of you loved ones, DO NOT allow them to see/continue to see this doctor!
