Avoid
I had a wort on my hand and needs a second freeze treatment. It was with Dr, Waqar. First, she was 40 minutes late. After she came in, even after I told her that I had time constraints, she was very chatty, on her late excuses and asked me lots of unrelated personal questions. Before she even look at my wort, she suggested me to get some over-counter liquid, and asked me if I still want her treatment. After her treatment, there was a huge area on my hand that is red and hurting. Unlike the previous doctor, who carefully examined the area, and pin point the nozzle to the exact point, she burned a big area, and after a day it revealed that the infected area was missed and the burn was on my healthy skin!

Doesnt Care
She refused to listen to my concerns. Told me her job is to ensure I don't have life threatening issue. Wasted my time and $250. No blood work done. No exam. I had to schedule appointment with another doctor for my diagnosis.

Positive urgent care experience
I had a urgent care call with her today, she listened to my concerns throughly. Then explained how body responds to that certain type of illness. Afterwards made recommendations for cure. Very calm and attentive persona. I had a positive experience with her. I felt heard!

Doesn’t care about patients
Extremely rushed visit and acted like I was wasting her time for asking about some of my concerns.
