Lack of Care
I was very disappointed in the care that I received from Dr. Ephrat. I chose this doctor because he had nearly perfect reviews which I am now starting to think are fake. I feel that I was completely disregarded by him. From the moment he walked in the room, he looked so disappointed to see me as his patient. For context I am an African American black female. He sat down in front of his computer and mad no eye contact with me for the entire time. Even after was done looking at my record he didn’t look my way! His body language and speech showed he did not care about anything I was complaining about in regard to my chronic sinus issues. He looked in my nose and said my nose is so swollen he can’t see anything but suggested I follow a nose spray regimen that my last ENT prescribed. I had so many questions for him and left with all unanswered. I was frustrated I even started crying in his office. He stated to me two times 'I don’t have to be his patient'. I was genuinely confused because

My first consult with Dr Ephrat and his staff and Emily my audiologist tester went well and was a thorough exam for tinnitus which I will follow up with a complimentary assessment for hearing aids which may alleviate the tinnitus. Honest. Frank. I trust Dr. Eprat. I like the office. I was high recommended by a friend at work and my experience was good.

I couldn’t breathe through my nose for almost a Year. I had terrible polyps!! Dr. Moshe performed surgery on May 16, 2023 . I cried a week after surgery, simply based on how clear I could breathe through my nose. And to be able to sleep well again is priceless to my health . Not mention to be able to smell again is so Beautiful. I love to cook and eat . I couldn’t smell anything before surgery. Doctor Moshe was a God send for my family. He also helped My 3 year old daughter with severe ear issues . My Wife And I couldn’t be happier. Dr Moshe and his Staff an absolute 10 out 10 all across the board !! The best ENT in NY !! Thank You . I feel like I got my life back . God bless
