Rude and uncomfortable rapport
Each visit started late, receptionists worked hard to make clients feel less than, and sense of entitlement was heavily implemented. After seeing Dr. Gul for years the environment started to quickly shift with some changes to the front end staff. This change seemed to have started with reception and slowly was forced to the way Dr. Gul ran his office. Being short staffed and obviously easily influenced Dr. Gul began to let his receptionists run his office, make decisions, and there was no shyness of favoritism. This all was clear as day. It’s unfortunate

Dr. Is always pleasant, gives as much time as I need. He explains and answers questions and concerns throughly. Office staff is also very pleasant to work with, very prompt with emails. Appt wait time is always short. I would definitely recommend.

Neglectful
Unfortunately, I am writing this review on Dr. Muhammad to express how disappointed I am with his healthcare services and how neglectful he has been to me for over 1 year. To paint a picture, I am a woman of a certain age and cultural background and struggle with chronic health issues therefore trusting Dr. Muhammad would have my best interest at heart. When I began with this provider, I had lab work done and my results showed my enzyme levels were high as well as other test levels were off. I was referred to a Rheumatologist. However, I have had some issues with stomach pain that became more severe over time. I was then sent to Gastro and then followed up with Dr. Muhammad. During this visit his deminer came across to me as uninterested or concerned with servicing me. He claimed he never received the report from Gastro. However, I had received it and felt like he was simply disregarding it and me overall. He never addressed the report and blamed my immune system for the stomach pain.

Visit with the doctor is always good. He doesn’t rush me and takes his time. The only person who needs improvement is the front desk who doesn’t answer the phone right away and you have to leave a message.

Dr. Gul has excellent bedside manner. Took his time with me and answered every concern I had by providing a solution. Nothing was dismissed or looked over. Gave me great advice as to which vitamins/supplements I need to be incorporating into my diet to have me feeling my best and healthiest. Staff has always been very friendly and accommodating as well.
