Very slow, uncooperative, and awful communication
It has been 9 months since I was referred to this doctor for a sleep study. I still don't have the CPAP machine due mostly to the awful slowness of this practice. 3 months to set up an initial appointment which was unnecessary but required by the practice. 2 months to set up the sleep study. 2 more months during which they refused to release my results to me or my doctor until I had another unnecessary visit. Twice they lied to me and told me they had done so. Then they failed to submit the referral correctly over and over again, sending the wrong documentation, sending incomplete documentation, never following up with me or anyone else involved. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone trying to get them to do their job. If you want your issue resolved in the same year you initially speak to them, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Dr Hamedeh has truly been nothing but a blessing with my illness and I haven’t gotten a lot better due to him taking care of me. He has been my doctor for over eleven years, though lately since he’s changed to a new office I having been calling his office every week since May for a nebulizer ....he wrote this prescription in April. I’m really sad about recent service from reception or nurses that I’ve been talking to.... hopefully I want have to find another doctor cause he’s Awesome!

Terrible practice. It was my first time to the office to see him because I needed new supplies. He took less than five minutes to talk to me. He wrote me a prescription for mask and supplies, then took me back to the lady at the front desk. All I can say about her is she has the worst attitude I have ever seen. It has been over two months, and I still sit here without supplies. Do not recommend this practice at all.
