Dr. Futrell wss extremely helpful when my mother had a seizure. She was admitted & we met Dr. Futrell via video consultation at the hospital (Florida). She definitely thorough, asking questions, allowing the opportunity for us to ask questions, addressing any concerns that my mother or I had; and being overall informative without being condescending. She is absolutely the definition of a TRUE professional and then some!!!

We met Dr. Futrell at the Hospital after our sons first seizure. She was in a jogging suit, because she had ended her workout early to read my sons MRI. I was the only witness to his seizure, and was asked questions about the event. She immediately began putting my information together with the earlier CT Scan & MRI test results. Dr. Futrell explained our sons condition in a conversational way that made us both understand, and feel comforted. She is a warm, caring person and brilliant physician.

If you get a referral to Dr. Futrell, RUN! Dr. Futrell is the hands down worst person / doctor I've ever met in my life! Her staff is amazing, some of the kindest people ever, very knowledgeable. The State of Utah was paying for my visits (Voc. Rehab), she told me that the $400 wasn't enough and that she wasn't in business to help people, she was there to make money. This was after she told me I had severe MS and to get on welfare because I'll be a drain the rest of my life. Horrible woman!
