Dr. Natalie Nielsen, MD

Dr. Nielsen payed close attention as I described my problem , gave me a thorough exam, did outstanding surgery, thought outside the box, explained her plan clearly and answered all my questions. Dr Nielsen came up with an effective plan where other foot and ankle doctors did not. She is warm, caring and I never felt rushed. I had a very successful midfoot fusion and I am thrilled with the result. Before surgery I couldn't take a step without pain, I now walk without any discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Nielsen.

I had left achilles tendon surgery and follow up with Dr Neilson. She did an excellent job. My foot healed wonderfully and you can't notice the scar. Her post-op instructions were exceptional, and if you follow her instructions you'll heal just like she predicts. If I need foot surgery in the future, I will make the trip to her new office for her services. She is an excellent doctor and very personable.

Dr Nielsen is a very competent surgeon and physician. She is very honest with her patients about what she can do for her them and she explains everything in detail. I would personally recommend anyone to her.

I had been having ankle issues for a few years. Dr. Nielsen went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on. The procedure really helped me and although I’m still healing, my ankle feels much better!

I've had issues with my left heel/Achilles tendon for the past six months. Went to a podiatrist in Florida on two occasions to no avail. Saw Dr. Nielsen last week and I cannot speak more highly of her profressialism. X-rays were taken along with a complete examine of my foot Explain what was the issues and fitted for a boot. MRI next week All the staff at North Country Othopedics group far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Dr. Nielsen and her staff. Five ?? you guys great!

I suffered with painful bunions for a long time. Finally had one taken care of by Dr.Nielsen and will have the other one done in the future. There was little pain and she was very honest about the treatment, surgery and recovery. She is such a kind and caring surgeon and is a rock star!! Thank goodness we have a great specialist in the north country. I would highly recommend Dr. Nielsen to anyone that is having difficulty with bunions.

Dr. Natalie Nielsen is one of the most caring Doctor's I have ever met, she cared for my health and well being, I would go see her again if there was ever a need, and I was pleased in being her patient, she explained everything she was going to do and to be done, before and after surgery. During my follow up appointments she makes sure I'm healing well and my right ankle is doing well.
