Dr. Natalie Sanchez, MD

Besides being very knowledgeable and professional, it is obvious that Dr. Sanchez has a calling. She is compassionate and really cares about her patients. That having been said, her office is well organized and her staff a delight to interact with.

Dr Sanchez is uneven in her concern for her patients and diagnostic skills, dismissing strong concerns I voiced concerning her diagnosis (I was unfortunately proven correct). I chose her because I wanted a female physician and because she trained for her MD at NYU but I was disappointed in her judgment and in her making light of my questions. Her nurse similarly interacted with me in an unprofessionally cavalier manner: “it’s not going to happen today, mi amore,” she yelled, when I insisted that I needed the tests Dr Sanchez had declined to order after I requested them the day before. The tests were finally performed that day but only because I advocated for myself and did not back down. This is when I knew I needed to switch to another PCP. Finally, her office primarily caters to Hispanic patients—their default language is Spanish. Half of the phone messages from her staff are left in Spanish. But this was not the deal breaker—the lack of professionalism was.

Dr. Sanchez is the best doctor I had in all my 69 years. Knowledgeable, smart and the sweetest.

Best Internal Medicine doctor I've had; I will follow Dr. Sanchez to any practice she moves to. She saved my life! She genuinely cares for her patients.

I think Dr.Natalie.Sanchez is very professional and her staff is always pending of the patient the service is great i never had any issues with My co-payments i have an insurance that sometimes i have to pay co-payments and sometimes not depends on the type of visit i think they are trying to their job the best as possible and help the patients

Dr. Natalie Sanchez is very nice and informative !! My issue is the women at the front desk they requested for my reference number multiple times within 1 visit (unorganized) they tell me I don't have to pay a co pay but now I owe them from last visit and this visit (80 dollars ) because the doctor told me to drink more water.. The assistant didn't even know what birth control was?? Then they advised me some of the people they work with don't know about the co pay information (Not professional)
