Beware of the unreachable!
Dr. Rodionova seems to be a great doctor however her staff is unprofessional and non-compliant with patient when it comes to needing refills on medications, they are unreachable by phone and they hang up on you before you're done speaking to them. Myself, as well as other patients, have life-threatening diseases, which require medical attention as well as medication to be sent to the pharmacist on a timely basis and that hasn't happened.

The Doctor is kind but rushes through sessions..
I agree with others here, that lady Marina needs to go. She makes it so uncomfortable to call in and ask questions. She is extremely rude and even the staff there were saying negative things about how she treats them. The office is dirty, seats broken and the wait is about 3 hours. She rushes from the Queens office to the Bronx one and is overworking herself which is probably why she doesn’t listen to our concerns.

Dr. Rodionova is an okay doctor. After watching my mother's experience with her, she was kind in the beginning, but then she started to have attitude. Marina is a very disrespectful woman because she likes to bully the employees and feel like she's the "Queen" of the clinic. I don't know how an ugly woman like her gets a job at a clinic like this. I'm relieved my mother left because she had to deal with all of dumb Marina's cruelty through her years in working at this clinic. If Dr. Rodionova reads this, I hope that one day, she gets this message in her head and realizes that her ignorance is what led my mother to leave her clinic. If she wants to become a better doctor, then she's gonna have to make some changes if she wants to succeed.

Would give ZERO STARS but no option for that. Dr. Natalya Rodionova is the top 2 worst doctors I've EVER had. This woman refused to give me gynecological examinations despite being in my 20's. Refused to give me birth control. Didn't listen to me when I told her I was having tremendous pain in my abdomen. Refused to give me my asthma inhaler but gave me COPD medicine in place of a rescue inhaler. She would tell me that I was fat despite my telling her that I was barely eating and would get so violently ill from pain that whatever I ate couldn't stay down. She refused to give me an allergy panel test despite how I would tell her that my eyes were swelling shut and would walk in with 2 black eyes from those issues. It took my leaving her as my primary doctor and seeing the fnp Dr. Erik to actually get help and she became angry with me after finding out. All it took was doctor Erik 1 visit to figure out what was happening to me.
