She was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me. I was so happy to have a doctor who cared. I have seen several doctors in the past and she was by far the best!

She failed to diagnose and treat my mastitis promptly. And even when it has led to a breast abscess she failed to prescribe the right antibiotic. As a result I went to another doctor and was given a stronger antibiotic and I have to get it surgically drained. Had this been treated timely , it could have been avoided. She failed to call me back and I couldn't even book a follow up appointment! Oh and I'm 38 weeks pregnant having to deal with all this!! I'm terrified of being deliver by her!

Dr. Dwamena was very lovely and if it were not for the office experience, I would go see her again. As it is, I was given an address without any explanation that the office was located in a hospital. I spent 15 minutes driving around a parking lot trying to find the building. I spent over an hour in the waiting room and over 30 minutes naked on an examination table. I am not a fan of Big Medicine.
