Friendly, knowledgeable and takes time to explain and answer questions. Staff friendly and efficient. Had annual physical and follow up visit. For my low white blood count, she said I should take vitamin B. On follow up visit, my white blood count had improved. I asked for an order for a bone density scan. A few years ago I fell while hiking and fractured my ankle. A bone scan showed osteopenia. Because my last scan was more than 2 years ago, she gave me the order for another scan.

New to Delray Beach.Upon entering the office, I was greeted by the most wonderful receptionist. There was no wait.The medical assistant brought me right back to the exam room. She was very sweet and thorough on getting my previous medical history and medications that I am on.Then it just went downhill. The doctor came in the exam room and asked me questions about my diagnosis questioning that I don’t actually have Graves’ disease, which I don’t understand that at all because she doesn’t even have my medical records!I am on medication for my thyroid and anxiety. I then showed her a lab result from my previous doctor. I told her I need a refill on all my prescriptions which she declined. She said I don’t fill those prescriptions. You’ll have to find another physician and she told me to go to VIP.I asked her who will follow up on my thyroid. She blatantly said you don’t need to follow up your thyroid is controlled.Dr Grewal barely listened to my lungs and my heart.Stay clear

Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. As a new patient I expected more than 5 minutes. When I asked for a referral to a urologist she questioned why I would need one since I’d already passed the kidney stone. She spent no time questioning me on my health history. At no time was I asked to change into a gown. She didn’t check my ears or throat. I could go on, but suffice it to say, I’m never going back.

Dr. Grewal is nice, and competent, but the office is TERRIBLE. It is incredibly difficult to get through to make an appointment, and the referral system is beyond slow. I've been a patient for almost four years, but will soon be finding another physician's group, as the situation seems to be getting worse.

I was not allowed to ask question during my appointment. I was told that my appointment was for a physical only. If I wanted to ask questions, I would need to schedule an office visit appointment. WHAT???? This is my yearly check up, what was the point then? I can tap on my knee to see that I have a reflex all by myself.

Due to being a Military wife I have moved many times over the years and have seen many different Dr's. Dr. Grewal has always been professional, caring and most of all treats me with kindness and concern for my needs. My whole family sees her which includes my 18 & 19 yr old children. We are very happy with her care.

I'm at a loss for words on the negative impact this "Doctor"'s negligence and inconsideration for my mother's health and life. I have NEVER seen or heard of a doctor being so unprofessional, irresponsible, and immoral when it comes to the health of their patients. This is insane; my family just moved here, and my mom's health has taken a 180 due to Grewal and co's ignorance. They don't keep accurate records of their patients needs and current medications, and they give out blatant misinformation

Very punctual, gets down to business without being rude, extremely knowledgeable

Very caring doctor. I recommend her to others. But she is having a rude and nasty medical assistant with her in the office. Hope she will replace her. So I gave 4 stars.

I have three children that go to this group. Dr. Malbus is awesome but really hard to get into. Whenever we go to Dr. Grewal my children (all girls) feel she does not effectively treat their condition.One time my child needed to get in and Dr Grewal referred her to an urgent care facility because she could not fit her in. I was 14 minutes late and my 17 year old child was there. They said they would not see her but Dr Grewal was with another patient so she wasn't even ready to see my child.
