Dr. Wilson performed a Discectomy on a bulging disc in May of 2019. The operation was successful. His staff and him personally were very professional and helpful in my situation. I would not hesitate to call Dr. Wilson again if I was having trouble with my back.

I was sent to Dr. Wilson when I was having what was first believed to be sciatica pain, but by the time I got into him was having more systemic issues. He ordered an MRI for the next day and was monitoring my case even as I had the MRI. Saw him immediately after the MRI and he reviewed it with me and showed me the areas of demylination in my thoracic spine. I knew what that meant and when I looked up, he just opened his arms and gave me a big hug. His office scheduled me with a neurologist before I even left the Imaging Center the day I had my initial MRI. Later when I was having a biopsy done of some lymph nodes, he popped into my room when I was in pre-op just to say hello and check on me. I think he's a fantastic, caring doctor and he really came through for me. Also have friends who he's operated on and like me, they think the world of him.

I would not recommend this doctor to Osama Bin Laden. 3 visits with him, never touched my back or did exam first appointment he felt that he needed a nerve conduction test to make sure sciatic pain down both legs wasn't from diabetes= it wasn't had been checked before. Injury had occurred in April, saw him in July, twice in August. Excruciating pain he stated your primary doc can handle that, my husband argued with him, he glared at my husband, got up and walked out of room after throwing a lose weight comment at me. He's not so thin himself. Had EMG, met with him concerning results right after. Stated I needed an epidural injection at L4 level. Asked for something for pain muscle relaxant wasn't working. He stated ask your primary doc. We live 200 miles away so it is 400 miles of pounding pain. went for epidural hurting so bad & scared no one explained procedure blood sugar rocketed. he refused to do procedure. He shook my hand good bye, This handshake was only time he touched me. Bad

Trying to warn others – Oct 29, 2019

Dr. Wilson was like a "walking zombie" to me...bored, uncaring, in a daze. He was so disinterested in my advanced spine problems (completely ignoring my MRI), and claimed that if he diagnosed by way of "imaging," he would be operating on everyone! So instead, he tried to push me into having a "hip replacement", not spine surgery (because I could not walk without pain due to severe nerve pinching down my legs from a former spine fusion). Running back now to my former neurosurgeon out of state!

Wilson obviously is a novice and lacks any appreciable experience. However given time maybe someday Wison could be an asset to our health care community.
