Dr. Chen-Fernandez is how you would want all your doctors to be. He is patient, humble, thorough, well experienced, and extremely talented. He takes time to listen!!!!! He has diagnosed and treated me twice where specialists even missed the mark. I highly recommend him.

I wish I could give 6 stars. They got me in the day after I called. I barely waited in the reception area (I came early, they took me in early). Dr. Chen actually listened to me, and did diagnostics. He wasn't in a rush to see other patients. He suggested some medications that could help with the symptoms, but informed me of the side effects, and made it clear it was up to me to decide to take them or not. Just all in all felt like his primary concern was treating me.

Finally found a true family doctor like I had growing up. He spends a lot of time listening and helping you out unlike some big practices in the area that whisk you in and out. Front office staff was very helpful with an insurance difficulty I had as well.

Extremely poor reception / intake procedures. Reception person is rude and argumentative. Fernandez is just an arrogant doctor who hires an arrogant staff.

Very thorough and caring doctor. I don't feel like just another number. I would and do recommend him, definitely. I rarely leave recommendations but want to because I think highly of him.

I was sick and walked in just as the practice was closing on a Saturday. They took me back right away and Dr. Chen took his time with me and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this Dr and this practice.
